I broke out of the badly made jail, but I didn't use any of the items listed, just my hands to break the walls as the items I did have were taken upon entrance.

Well I'm back, but not anymore. I was back for about 2 days, then WallRunner couldn't keep his mouth shut and annoyed me no end, so I'm leaving again. I might be back later, and if WallRunner apologizes would help my persuasion to return. In the meantime, I'm building my own server! :D

Yeah, why is everyone branching off? You people get jailed for blowing stuff up, breaking out of jail etc. so there's no reason to cry when you get treated 'coldly'. Man up and take your punishment :P
 
I have another server I play on with my friends, but other then that the GTP one is good with me. I've spent a fair amount of time on there the other day and plan on continuing to do so as long as it says somewhat active.

Oh and I'm wondering, can I spawn materials? I'm thinking of building a lighthouse but that's going to take some serious white wool.

I wouldn't worry about it too much Dunc, at least this way the people who are having hissy fits will bugger off somewhere else and leave us to build in peace!

Nope, we try to keep the server as "natural" as possible in that all buildings are made from scratch. Mined, gathered, build.

Having said that the admins do grant items for big projects or if they are hard to come by.
 
Alright, no problem. I'll just rethink my building materials and go from there, I'm sure I can come up with something!

Well that's just dandy. It's how the world works! You do something bad then you get stuck in a bad place.
 
Ya I'd hate to see the server fade away, you know because I just started playing on it :lol:. There's got to be more Minecraft players out on GTP.
 
I think one of the main problems is that people are waiting until 1.9 to work on anything big for fear of losing progress, since the new world will be vanishing as soon as 1.9 is out and the server is updated.

After that I think you'll see an increase in the amount of people online!
 
Oh I wasn't aware that the world will start over with 1.9. I assume the old world can be imported though right?

I think we're keeping the old world but we've got a new world which we've used, and that will be wiped. Another one will be generated when 1.9 comes out.

The main world (with Thorncombe etc.) will stay, but the 'new' world (that you enter via the portal in the spawn tower) will be deleted.
 
Well while everyone makes one I already have one. =D mines boss server even thou owner never on cause he on gtp server. :sly: but admins always on or at least some nice ops witch all are.. :sly: not trying to advertise

anyone know how to go back to 1.7.3 in minecraft I wanna play my old mods cause my school having a competition seeing who makes best haunted house in mc.

Beep, if you truly did tattle, like a young kid (Oh wait..), to get someone in huge trouble, you have no point in being on our server. Such action isn't tolerated.

Err, i haven't been on the server for a very long time so i don't know what you're talking about... by the way beep nitro seems like a 4 year old to me, and it's probably not just me who thinks that... xD

Great I help server now hated at least I know I helped and I'm not a lier sponge I stand up something your not doing by saying I'm lie ing and nick said it was secret and ryou me helping server by telling nick isn't tolerated so what let all jail escape allow grief is IM TRYING TO HELP not tattle I dont wanna get people in trouble I'm being HONEST.
And sponge I don't need to have nerve cause I didn't lie I'm saying truth so I'm not hiding anything.

Beep, no offense but you are 9, and because of that your grammar is horrific, and I can't even understand what you are saying. You constantly ask for items to be spawned, you are always moaning about something, and you're always saying about how someone has 'grief ed' you.
 
Good to know the main world will remain on the server. Hopefully 1.9 comes along soon!

And I think this thread needs a chill pill, to much off topic banter and idle chatting is going to cause problems for this thread by the mod staff. Just a friendly heads up.
 
Beep, I can't comprehend a word you just said.

I did some tests involving time conversions, and received the final information that the time was 3:58 PM EST. Fiat, couldn't have helped, as he was at school at the time, so I scratch his name out, and Sponge, is GMT+10, add that to my time zone (GMT-5), and that gives you 15 hours ahead.

3:58 + 15:00 = 5:58 AM in her time zone, therefore, Sponge should have been asleep.

So my information concludes that someone else broke out Jai, was it you?
