Let's go ask tlowr why an argument occured..

Yeah, I think that were done too. You take the fun out of everything in the server and I am not the only one who thinks that. You say that you are following rules that Dunc has given you, but why have I and others never heard these rules?

I am following the instructed rules. Also, it's not polite to say I'm reducing the fun in this server. Stop it with the arguments. I can't take it anymore.
 
C'mon guys, time to grow up and stop arguing. If somebody does something you don't agree with, simply keep it to yourself.

Teenage hormones, I try to avoid them :)

I'm saying that it's to bad if the truth seems rude.

The truth is that ever since Ryou has gotten moderation control, he doesn't know how to use it properly.
That's all I'm going to say.
 
What do you guys think about binning the machine in my kitchen and going to a proper host?
 
I think it would work maybe less lag and quicker FPS. Also the Server CHEATS at battleship...

That would probably be the best way to go is that one. Others have some cheaper but less or pay by how many players...
 
No. Don't. I've had many people using hosts, and have had nothing but trouble. I swear, don't do this...can't say I didn't warn you.

Also, in relation to all the other rubbish on the last page, here's what happened:

Spongey and I were playfully fighting, killing each other. PvP, yes, but I don't' understand why we have to be so overly conscious of PvP. I then got frozen by Ryou, who even though was following Dunc's rules, clearly had a big of a temper. So, as you know, mine is rather short. So I blew up.

My question is this: Why do we have to be sooooo...UGH...with PvP. With TNT. You want a peaceful server, right? Well as more rules are implemented, people retaliate in other ways. In no way am I saying you're ruling the server bad, or any such nonsense. We are all human, you said that in your PM to me yourself, and we all make mistakes. We also all make good choices, which this entire server in a whole, clearly was a good choice :D.

Anyways, I'm just wondering why we have to have such strict rules. I can't really have much fun online now, unless a mod is offline. Once a mod logs on, I have to salute and can't do anything except build and dig...basically. I think that some of it may be that the moderators are taking your "No PvP" rule to the extreme. I did just as much as kill Spongey once, and I was frozen. Maybe like, god forbid, a 3 strike rule until you're frozen. That way we could have a bit of fun, until it's ruined...

Once again, I'm not dissing anyone, not saying anything against anything or anyone, I don't want to put Dunc, Vic, or the mods down, I'm just a little...I'm not going to say annoyed...just...hmm...very curious, I suppose. :)
 
^^ I'm not mad at anyone. However, the rules are bought in place by Dunc and SexyBum, and carried out by Ryou (and the other mods), but it is clear that the Mods sometimes take the rules to too much of an extreme.

Sometimes you take stuff to the extreme of PVPing which was clearly noted in spawn as a rule and yet you still do it. If you want to PVP then find a PVP server. You also said "a 3 strike rule" which would still mean that you would be frozen since I know you were PVPing ryou while I was on, I didnt do anything right away to see where it would of lead. Yet you killed again.

I have been on a few server hosted servers before and they were actually good, It still goes down to who is all Admin/Mods...
 
I never killed Ryou yesterday. He committed suicide in the lava pit. That was the only time he died. I punched him a few times, but never killed him. I only killed Spongey, and she was fine with it. I was also fine with her killing me (which she can't do 'CAUSE I"M MLG PRO MANGS) soooo, yeah.

Also, blaming it on that I take the PvP to extreme, is an overstatement like none other. I think we both know that Spongey is the one whome is quite...'war like' :p I'm quite fine with that. I like having a fight with people occasionally, and she is the best one to pick on for that sort of thing. The three strike rule is just a suggestion so that we get a little leaway, not having to cow-tou to being in trouble at the very slightest of things.

All this started to happen since Josh bought his little idiots along to join the party. Then we got all strict. But they're gone now, so why do we still have to act like they're still here, still terrorizing everyone...

I actually think of games as fun, not games to be frozen while your CPU overheats and crashes your computer, and you can't do anything about it :lol:

I know that you did with an arrow and punched since after that he said that you had all his items and you didnt, Logs will tell, Ask Dunc.

Cats002 From youtube wants to join, Said that its form the Avo's Grief page. I want to ban but I dont know. From what I know is that Ryou said to wait for the King...

Anyways, how about we drop this, and talk about 1.0, 1.9, whatever...? No matter what I say, will always be shot down in flame and unfairly treated, so let's talk about something else, before I yell like mad and get banned from here and the server :lol:
 
I was not tempered. I was tired of all the whining. I could not see how Sponge was fine with dying after she gave an Angry sense in her message. I figured that this was pretty much un-needed PVP, and I had to freeze you both. Honestly, I can't see how it's "For fun" while you two were sitting there arguing and a tad of swearing. Maybe I don't get kids, I don't know. Anyways, I'm really tired of seeing my name involved in such possible despise.

And TJ, about Cats, I told her to wait for Duncan to check if she may join. She seems fine, but we still need to find out if she may join before we jump to conclusions.

And on the note of hearing my name, we should go on topic now. Before anyone involved could retrieve possible Infractions.

Sorry, I might be mistaken, but you are a kid. You're a teenager, like most of us here. You're no differant to us, except a little more mature in some areas. Just because you're a mod, dosn't mean you get to act like you're all high and mighty and an old wise man. You and I used to have PVP matches for fun, before you got rank. Once you got rank, you turned into like you are a 30 year old. It's not nice to see. If you, in real life, have the mentality to show those characteristics, you should have shown that from the start. That's where I've dug my own personal grave. When I joined, I acted like a stupid little kid, nothing like the way I act on here, or in real life. Bottom line: You (and all the moderators, to be perfectly honest) need to stop the act. Sure, managing a place, you need to have some authoritative speech, and overpower the other person to get your message across to them, that is perfectly fine. But it's being taken to the extreme. Saying that you "don't understand kids" is like comparing oranges to oranges.

My apologies for any offense to you, or any of the other Moderators.

I believe it's just being called "The End" now. There is no way of getting back to the real world (thus far) so I'm assuming Notch is going to implement that as the end of the game. Or, make it like a sub game, where there's only 1 portal to return to the real world, and you must find it, fighting Endermen and Dragons as you go. We'll have to wait and see! :D
 
@Jai I like everybody. I love everybody. I love the community, the server. People just need to learn that in this world, not to go so overboard about everything. People need to be themselves.

EDIT: @theotherspongey EXELENT IDEA! That's awesome. I'd love to see something like that. Maybe, if that's not the case, you or I could make it into a mod or something. I've made a mod or two in my time. To have something like that would take a hell of a lot more coding, but it could be done! :dopey:
