Has anyone changed the language of Minecraft to Pirate? I'm getting a good laugh out of it.

I have looked over the updates, sounds good, but also that there are more problems/bugs than before.
Will pop by one of these days.

So no working plugins, my shops been griefed and stock's been stolen...

I still can't connect to the server, apparently an internal error.

Things of mine have gone too. Hopefully Dunc took a backup of the server just before we went 1.2 so that he can roll it back when Bukkit is released

You did take the backup...didn't you...

I'm wondering, since I'm no longer welcome here. Who could be the one to steal and damage property now..? I can bet you're all doing it. ;)

Not like my shop gets used...ever. One time it did, the economy got reset, which was just after a dungeon crawl too...

I don't even know what the hell to say to this...

tlowr I bought all of your iron blocks from your rapture store in jan or sometime, in case you were wondering where it went.

I'm going to stop the server then as there is no protection. It will be back when bukkit get's updated.

^^ Wouldn't be a problem if you took a backup. 👍

However, I think we should do that every update. Just stop it till bukkit gets updated each time. Saves frustration, tears, and complaints.

Who agrees?

We have to stop the server because of Griefing?

That's plain pathetic.

Unless YOU are the one doing the griefing then yes it is pathetic but its a smart move so no other damage can be done.

That's plain pathetic.

Kinda not when there is absolutely no form of a backup unless you like to manually stop the server every 15 minutes, go into the minecraft server folder, copy, paste, rename the world file with data and time(or make a folder with the date and then just label the save file with a time), and then start the server back up. You have no idea on how much is run in the background at all in bukkit servers or specially made OS's for minecraft servers like MineOS.

People like Dunc has a life outside of minecraft and he can't just be the server's attendant for 24/7.

Yes it's totally me because I could never connect to the vanilla server in the first place.

I like Terraria. Anyone else play it? Very similar to Minecraft.

I disagree, Terraria looks like Mario Minecraft to me. Building is also very limited compared to MC.

The building isn't what gets me, it's the boss battles and adventure. You have a more wide array of items than in Minecraft.

It's more of an action/adventure game rather than building.

I recently got Terraria. I found it quiet interesting, but the building mechanics were hard to use.

Happen to have a server in there? Or should I start a new thread about Terraria even though there is already one, but no one bothered to reply in it? I don't want to disturb this thread too much about another game.

Adventuring on a 2D platformer isn't really appealing to me.

It gets interesting once you get better items, but oh well, no one is the same.

Nope, do you?

It should be fine if you post relevant information. If you were to make a new Terraria thread then it's very likely that it's going to be deleted or the posts moved to the first thread.

What if I were to make the OP as quality as this thread's? Would they remove it or keep it?
