McEdit would be a pain to use and as you move around an create new terrain that would then need to be removed. Best thing to do is find a seed for a water world. There is one for Skylands, Lowlands and a snow world so there must be one for a sea world!
The thing is that you spawn in different locations and not in the same spot as you have been shown but it is the same world. It's just the way minecraft works.

Sorry, careless digging. I noticed what I had caused and tried to block the starting point of the flow. It didn't work and I didn't want to try anything stupid while trying to fix it.
I don't know what month it is, nevermind the days in it..
I was playing around near a redstone place and accidentally broke the lava barrier, it happened when I looked up and broke the block. It almost fell on me.. I don't know how lava is destroyed in the game.
No cobblestone on the flow but makes obsidian on lava block sources. Yes it was done on Thursday. For now you are banned. Still have to talk to dunc about it.
