You've got extra instances of the URL tag. I'll show you what you need to type, I'll just use different brackets (so when you go to fix it, use the original square ones).

Right now:
(URL=(URL=http://imageshack.us/yourimage.jpg)(IMG)yourimage.jpg(/IMG)(/URL)

What it needs to be:
(URL=http://imageshack.us/yourimage.jpg)(IMG)yourimage.jpg(/IMG)(/URL)

Make sense? Hope that helps
