same here, either mcdonalds, BK, or pizza usually. I'm still healthy, I just had a checkup. Still twice a week is nothing compared to 3 meals a day for a month, I couldn't do it.

i think that chicken head thing is BS they dont even sell chicken..........i work at McDicks and i come across some sick things there but not chicken heads

i like mcd's fries.
but for burgers:
in 'n' out
carls jr
burger king
although its been awhile since ive eaten @ any of those places
:odd:

I'm not sure why but Carls Jr. always seemed genuine to me. Even though I only eat fast food if I'm on a road trip or out with friends sometimes, CJ always seemed like they served the best stuff. Maybe it's the way they market their stuff, I'm not sure.

Also, if you guys really wanna get the inside scoop on fast food, read Fast Fodd Nation by Eric Schlosser. "The dark side of the All-American Meal". It's really a good read.

have you heard of "Chicken Mc nuggets"

k obviously i know they sell the nuggets and the other sandwiches etc
but
ur not gonna find a chicken head in a bag of nuggets
a chicken head is like twice the size of the nuggets so............and
dont u think the crew would nottest that they are putting an oversize nugget with a bointy beek in the box:odd:

LOL thats funny..............but the worst part is that ppl when they come in say "i want a 6peice......oh yea and make it the white meat one's"........................no like we kept the crapy quality ones and sell them at the same price:banghead: :D

Well, considering that I had a Cinnabun a long time ago with my friend for the first time and was pretty much sick for the rest of the week...
What day do you end your week on, and what day did you eat it?

In all honesty, I believe about 10% of that. I think it was the "Bowling For Columbine of fast food" line that did the trick.

Nowhere does it mention quantities or what he chose to eat out of the menu. If he force-fed himself multiple giant fries and double-quarter-pounders for lunch and dinner, of course he gained 25 pounds in a month. Duh!
:dunce:
I would take all the rest of it with a GIANT grain of sodium.

I bet I could eat 3 meals a day at McDonalds and lose 25 lbs in a month.

Well, if you're taking the fries, you probably are taking it with a giant grain of sodium. Or 1000.

makes me glad I haven't been to md's in almost a year.

BTW, on MCdonalds selling chicken, they did that as an experiment at a few stores. Needless to say, it didn't work.

:) And be very healthy at the same time...

I think one of the more "interesting" aspects is the fact that his liver got all fubar...

Whats everyones view on "fast" pizza (PizzaHut, Domino's etc)? I haven't heard a bad thing about them, but I'm sure someone has a story.
