Hey folks, it's me, god. I've been online for over 2000 years as PRO_TOO and finally my real identity has been revealed. :D ;)

I'm free to say what I think. And I think this thread should be about information regarding the season and stuff and social lounge should be for chatter about everything else. Just my opinion not an instruction! I'm not the admin I'm just a user.

My Teammates said they aren't the greatest Tuners. Thats okay, i'll just use the Bentley this Season. Better yet i'll open it up to everyone.

@MrMattAdz you have Teammates that can Tune. I'll pass on a Bentley Tune

Your pro driver must be decent enough at tuning to get into the top tier, I just find it strange that the amateur driver is in charge of tuning for his team.

So is anyone man enough to say that on open forum? @Spooky Wooky was a great loss to this series and he was booted because @STALLIONO didn't like or didn't get his sense of humour, but now it's acceptable for others to make similar jokes, I hate to see bullying and one person being singled out as a whipping boy is not on, if spooky made the jokes that stallions makes then people would be all over him.
One rule for all!
Spooky also told me that he wasn't making comments anymore cos he didn't want to spoil things for others and that stallions has a tough enough time.a gentleman.

No not really. I've been trying to Tune the BMW. I'm more mad about the BMW to be honest. If you get word on your Driver. Make sure you Qualify him. Just set the Room up with Settings on the 1st Page. Then send me his Time.
 
Ironically all the social chatting is going on in here and after we moved the serious talk (pit stops) to the social thread all discussion stopped.

There is a patch coming that is attempting to fix penalties from pit stops, but there are still other issues to do with pits (such as rain tyres being put on the car instead of keeping the current tyres, looking at @ozwheels), and there's no guarantee that penalties will be completely fixed (after all they got through months, even years of testing).

My question is what are we going to do if there are still pit stop issues when the series starts? One possible solution that allows us to set any amount of laps we want without forcing pitstops would be to turn fuel and tyre degradation off (potentially turn off damage as well)

No pitstops but fuel usage and tire wear would result in races about 1 hour long. I could drive 69 minutes with 1 tank of fuel

Yeah we could keep them in for the normal races, but there are a few races with longer running times like le mans and nurburgring where we will definitely need to pit if fuel and tyre usage is on.

if there is so many thinks broken regarding pitstops, why not miss on them!? imo, all of us would be frustrated if anything bad happens during a pitstop, be it wrong tyres, penalties and such...
if the patch wont correct the issues, its best to leave pitstops out till its fixed, imo. to much madness potential! just my two cents.

See, the problem here is that you think that you are free to say whatever you like, don't tell me to end something that I didn't start, @diesel97 mentioned spooky and you dragged others in by stating that people said they would quit,who?
You can't start something and then tell me not to comment.
 
I've had a couple of long sessions now and the pits have wrecked my race both times. The wheel is rumbling heavily in my hands after the stop. But on both occasions I have ignored my pit crew to come in on the first couple of laps and pitted later. But it does only seem to be me its happing to so I guess I need to pay more attention to it

No Guido it's not just you, I get that issue too,my wheel went crazy during quail!
 
What wheel are you using? I have some issues when entering a lobby/race but never during pitstops other than hundreds of lost wheelnuts

T300. Its only after a scheduled atop. I did do 30 laps and try not changing my tryes and the same affect happens so I think its them not changing on my first stop.

I'm trying to get is back on topic by talking about pitstops, but so far Stalliono's only comment on them has been that he wants pitstops to be mandatory and that's the end of it.
 
Pit stops can only be forced by adding laps like it has on Road A, then all will have to stop for fuel, no way of forcing tyre change tho, that sould be the drivers choice. All other tracks need laps adjusting.
