That's cool I'm sure it will all even itself out over time
The whole point of the team picking system we had was to balance the teams. If Stalliono moves to Zak's team their team will be made up of the 4th, 2nd, and 1st fastest drivers from their respective tiers, which is completely unfair.

Ok guys, my team

Team: Crazy Carousel RT
Drivers: Goruk @ElBasque @gd224
Car: Audi R8 LMS Ultra
Livery: #14
Thanks, I'm really surprised by the amount of variety we have so far, I thought for sure that the bmw and mclaren would dominate the grid but it is very well balanced at the moment 👍

I thought the same. We could just about end up with 4 BMW's, Audi's and Aston's, with 2 or 3 Ruf's in the mix too. It is a well balanced field. It is funny how things work out isn't it?!

It's really good, will let us get a good idea of which car suits which track and what not.

I was dead set on the BMW but now I've had some time with the Audi I really like it.

Ok i think me zeyd matt diesel and my mate bob are going to all join the pro tier driving formulaA cars, if anyone would like to suck up just reply by saying oh yeh thats fine, quali and team selections weren't important oh and lets delete all that op rubbish on page1 cos it means nothing to anyone!

Can we put a new rule in the op that says "stalliono must put a winky face on his posts that are jokes"?

Stalliono the way you write your posts makes it very difficult to tell if you are joking or not, you are going to piss someone off sooner it later if it stays this way (it's what happened with spooky and that ended with him getting kicked).

He's not joking he's moving otherwise it would have been the top two drivers in the same team. I think that's what he was getting at

If the right thread was used we would know

As for people talking about sandbagging i think a lot of that already happened in the Qs we did ;)

I don't think that's a fair comment. Personally I really struggled in the Aston round silverstone. When I was practicing round road America I was quickly down to low 2.08s which is a semi-pro tier time mabey even lower pro tier? I'm now in the Aston going around 2 seconds slower.

I opnely said my fastest Silverstone time would of got me 9th or 10th in semi pro. I'll also say this, I'm quite happy to go to the semi pro teir if it helps with dropouts etc. as that's where I feel I should be. However, I am quite happy in my team even if the Aston wasn't my first choice.

Papers where faxed. Signed and sent back to FIFA. Team replacements are not set in stone. I got bought out by @Zakspeed_TV Team. We have plenty of Drivers showing interest.

I struggled with the GT4 as well, I managed to get into the 2:12's in offline practice but I couldn't do it online. Got a 2:13 on my second lap and left it as that because I couldn't improve (kept invalidating :()

I just want to say, I'm not bothered about all this team shenanigans going on. I'll work with @Goruk and @gd224 on setups and strategy sure, so we can all have competitive seasons, but at the end of the day I'm just here to race some fellas in a multi-round league.

And as long as I have some good battles I don't really mind where I finish.

I'm just standing here in the middle of all this political posturing, rule changes, mutiny and backroom dealing, and my eyebrows just keep rising further than I knew they could.

Being honest is a fair deal. Sandbaggin to the Am Division is totally different now. You Racing in the Am Division isn't fair to us. My time doesnt suit my speed. I'm no where that fast. I was running 2 14 2 15 stock tune.

I found an honest Driver who put a Time for his Style. Now what to do with you and your Tier placement. It'll be hard to put you in the Semi Pro Tier now. @PRO_TOO would drop to the AmTier and you would fill that spot. From your talks it'll only be fair to do that now.

Spots are filled for the Series

I don't understand, your time didn't put you in a higher tier, finishing first in your tier is irrelevant to the final results. What's there to complain about?

Also you yourself Stalliono said that you are getting 2:08s on road america, and now you are saying that kkj10 is too fast for our tier because that's the times he was getting? What are you playing at?

Also to be totally honest a 2:08 isn't going to win you the race, it's at least a couple of seconds off of where I expect pole position to be in our tier. It's definitely decent for our tier, but it isn't race winning pace.

This is a team series, and it's because of my team that I'm doing better now than I did in qualifying. If this was a solo event I'd probably be struggling to get a sub 2:10, but thanks to their tuning and racing line advice I'm now a lot more competitive than I would otherwise be. If you need help look to your teammates, or if you're really struggling ask for advice here.

There is no such thing as reverse sandbagging, if you got the fastest time in our their then it's because you earned it. You keep complaining that the only reason you got that time was because you had a good tune; what's stopping you from doing the same throughout the series?

The 2:08 you are at is a good start mate, I promise you (it's faster than some people on semi pro!). Just regroup with your team, start helping each out like you should be, and you'll do better in this series and have more fun.

I'll tell you one thing though, if you move to another team then I'm going to seriously consider dripping out of the series. You wrote the rules (and they are good rules!), now stick to them.

I've raced KKJ a few times and we're around the same level so it's fair to leave him in the am tier, why mess with the teams and move @PRO_TOO? That will screw us (as a team) over. The times we get around Road America have no basis on what we could do with the GT4 which was a harder car to drive.

It's fair as it is and I don't think existing teams should be messed about with. All it's going to do is piss people off.

I ran my time with stock setup with the GT4 because I couldn't be bothered to tune it, it worked as it was for me. I'm able to get 2:09's easily round Road America with the car as stock and will probably get faster as @psychoazubi and @PRO_TOO and myself further work out our tune, as we have spent time working on this removing him from our team will mean that was a waste of our time.

Drama and arguments are being caused for no reason. What people posted in the qualifying should stick. As you said the tiers will be assessed after the season and people will be moved up if required.

I never got a 208 at RA. I was Joking around with the Bentley i believe. Teams wouldn't be messed up. Hearing him talk makes me think, he'll run away with the Am Tier Championship.
