I don't know if the GH version is a 1.01 revision, I always found it as 2.00
Game ID is the same for both, CRC changes
However, as said earlier, you need a 1.00 version

How do you recreated the .vol file? I made my unfied soundtrack mod for Spec II and put my .ads files in the extracted directory, edited the playlist file, packaged it with GT4FS, I used GT4_ONLINE method and nothing appears except the BLACK SCREEN.
