That would be my guess. They better get on it though if they're going to put out 9 dlcs before black ops 2 comes out next november.

^^ DLC's not coming out till early 2012, it said that on the PS Store when I bought Elite.

Didn't it say somewhere that you can still get Founder Status before the 30th? If so, shouldn't I get some extra Titles and Emblems? :confused:

Yes you get 2 titles, 2 emblems, and 2 hours of double xp.
 
I've only gotten the title/emblem from what you get when you sign up for Elite free. And I've already used my 2 hours (or it that on top of the 2 hours you get normally)?

Just had a 16:5 kill confirmed game on Lockdown with a riot shield with melee, FMG9 akimbo (which is what I actually used, with the shield just being for more protection), running support UAV, Counter UAV, and Recon Drone with perks Slight of Hand Pro, Hardline Pro, and Steady Aim. Pretty effective class, my best game ever. Plus I got to level 32. So, is the Type 95 really as good as people say?

Did you send the GTP clan request? If so, then you may need to send it again. I just now signed up for Elite.
 
Vash, TA, the guys - I'm waiting to see if there is a sale over the Turkey Day weekend; if so, you can probably count me in for some (yeah, some :dopey: ) games.

I just dipped my toe into the multiplayer and played a few games with Leowan. It was fun before the lag game, even though I still managed a decent game. 👍

AND FOR EVERYONE WANTING PRO ADVISE...

Lower level guys just starting the game:

-M4A1 with kick and a red dot is the best in assault until you unlock the G36c with kick and a red dot.
-UMP45 with kick is the best sub machine gun until you unlock the PP90M1 with kick and rapid fire.
-Always use Semtex and Stuns! (Flashes are for nubs)
-Perk1 is Sleight of Hand
-Perk2 is Quick Draw
-Perk3 is Stalker until you get dead silence at lvl 55
-You unlock specialist kill streaks at lvl20 and that works for me.

For the rest higher rank people:

-ACR is the best Assault Rifle
-Mp7 is the best Sub Machine Gun

I play on Xbox 360 and I am 2nd prestige.
I used these tactics from the beginning and they ARE THE BEST!

ALSO do NOT camp.
Will get you know where in this COD.
Maps are too well put together for camping.
AS FOR SENSITIVITY.... I run on 4. Only because i run and gun so i need amazing accuracy.
Used to run on 8 so i CAN rape on really high but choose to use low now.
I also do state tourneys for this game.
So before you flame my USEFUL information.
Please look me up on gamebattles or mention my name to a semi pro player.

Its always nice to get some advice from "experts" :lol: You may think those weapons and perks ARE THE BEST, but it all depends on your playing style. Every weapon in mw3 is good if they are used correct.



This game has become much better in the last days for me, not so much lag now :) Anyone think its strange that spas is primary weapon when its worse then most secondary weapons? I have not opened damage perk on it yet so hope it get better then..

Shotguns as a Primary is generally quite interesting. I think it actually works on MW3 as the maps are smaller, generally, than the MW2 maps. I use a KSG + MP9 (extended) class on Dome. Probably should use it at Hardhat too, but I love my LMG's and struggle to use anything else!

I like how weapon levelling now works, being unable to lock all the attachments without having to use and complete all of them makes so much more sense.

Some annoyances, but overall it's very good. Not least because I've discovered the Reaper, which is almost more hilarious than the Javelwin.
 
I have only tried spas of the shotguns so far, but it has much worse range then it was in mw2 and hip fire was suicide, but it might have bin connection that messed with my head.

Scorpion akimbo feels more like primary weapon to me, I can easy hip fire 50meters with that beast :dunce: (its hard to judge distance in a game, but defently much longer then any akimbo from mw2)

I noticed that with mine, as well. Did you notice how the person holds the left gun sideways? :lol:
 
Managed my first multi kill.

Spotted some gunfire coming out of the long pipe in hard hat, threw a stun grenade directly followed by a frag and boom, 4 kills. 2 more then expected :)
Still only managed 15-8, best of the day :(
 
Ran into my second of Boosters in Kill Confirmed today. And as a tip, if you see anyone with a huge amount of points yet a KDR ratio worse than a no-armed fish... report him. He boosts for the extra points by the 'Got Your Tags!' which gives you 250pts instead of the normal 50.
 
Went on Elite earlier, as it's actually working, looking at my gun stats.

With the MP9 my K/D ratio is 2.11. My trusty L86 is 1.04, lower than I thought, so I may have to try a different weapon.

Also, clans. Can you join more than one?
 
My K/D is around 0.75 hoping to get it above 1 sometime.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong but 70% of my deaths are shots in the back, very annoying.
I try to pay attention to where teammates are going and anticipate where enemies might show up but it's always the wrong choice I guess. :dunce:

My kills on the other hand are usually enemies running towards me, hardly ever one running in front of me.
 
I got a 27-1 on Seatown KC. Was one kill away from a MOAB but the game ended. Still shaking :lol:
 
I'm jealous of you guys, in my MW2 days a 25-3 or an 18-1 was common but now I don't think I've ever gotten 17+ kills.
Maybe it's because I don't like some of the maps as much.
