Monday Night Racing
June 15 @ 7:30 P.M. Eastern
Car: Mine's BNR34 GT-R N1 base, 621 HP, 2976 lbs, Tires = Sport Medium, (target PP = 640.59)
Add the F.C. Suspension, Differential & Vectoring Differential, Manual Transmission. The Brake Controller is useful.
You will want to join us this week because the car is 4WD. The tracks were chosen to test the driver's ability to drive well with this type of car. An example lap at Maggiore proves this. Try it yourself.
All of these courses will present
lots of laps for us. A core principle of MNR is to use repetition as a skill-enhancing tool and you will get a triple dose of it this coming Monday. Contact me to join us!
There are two major downhill sections in this short Maggiore track and it is so easy to get them wrong. The driving line is very,
very important here. This lap guide is less than 1/10th of a secord short of my ideal time! It
can be done. If you dive-bomb the corners, though, you will add time
and cause accidents.
