Yeah, EVERY time I load up city streets I get a demolition card, lemme kick this guys ass.

Actually, this is a good one. His name is "MASULU NINE", and that's the "one" I sabotaged back.

I was just looking around for streets to buy, I find a big one with just one house on it, so I'm thinking he/she doesn't really play, I make an offer...... it's owned by "MASULU TWO". lol

Now I'm spying on his MASULUT account, MASULUT TWO, and MASULUT NINE. :lol: He's just buying up big streets, they may have 2, 3 houses, none that I saw has parks or stadiums. I don't think he gets this game!

Guess that's a big YES to the you-scratch-my-back-I-scratch-yours GTP alliance!

Speaking of, if anyone comes across a hazard card they aren't using, FARGOSON could use some attention. :trouble:

It went from MASULU to MASULUT?

I demolished MASULU ONE's polyhedron tower on spiceberry lane.
 
My game goes into these little fits when the hour glass just keeps turning. I can't look at any streets to buy. It isn't all bad though because it keeps me from buying more :)

And yeah, I like the alliance idea, since I'm not keen on preemptive attack on complete strangers. I keep thinking I'm gonna get nuked two times for pulling that kind of crap(bad joke, a6m5!?). Let's keep each other updated on the sabotage targets. :trouble:

I keep trying the 'refresh', then re-logging in. It's a hassle, but that seem to help, after once or twice.

Legendary Racer: That extra "L" was me name calling. "L" stands for love. A very tough love. :p
 
Sorry, but I tried to get you back, but the game is freezing up on me. It hasn't loaded up a thing for an hour now.

I guess I have to wait a couple of hours for it to settle down.
 
Mine's been little slow, but I'm just checking in in between choirs, so no biggie.

And don't worry about my guy. I think he took enough beating, then some, thanks to you guys! Sounds like we might want to kick FARGOSON couple more times though. :D

I have one demolish card in reserve. It always shows up when I first log in. However, I cannot use it. My two attempts failed with nothing happening. Log in attempts afterwards are successful in 1 out of 4 attempts.

I'm done for the evening. I'll try it tomorrow.
 
I just got sewage card. Can I save it?, or I'll use it right now, if you guys have a player in mind.

Edit: I'm gonna go ahead and use it on my new friend, one of the MASULU's. 👍

Finally banked like 3million, so I bought a million dollor stretch of rd. put about another million or so greenhouses on it, and it renders 2.5million a day, at 47k per house back on that st. out of 50k
 
This game is still acting stupid. I keep getting alerts I've already answered, cards I've discarded and it wont find any of the streets I found that I wanted to purchase. If I do find them, they're 3 to 4 times more than what I originally found them for.

I think I've had it with this game.

Oh, and I attacked that idiot MASULU NINE.
 
It is full of many glitches, though obviously, some of you are experiencing a lot more than I'm seeing. I just try to keep my game(s) simple now, then build the houses while surfing the net, watching TV, laundry, etc. Tired of dealing with glitches and delays associated with increased commands.

P.S. Who's the lucky winner tonight? I guess it's MASULU. Thanks, Solid. :lol: I hit him twice, TB, Legendary, and now you. 500% return on his investment, poor guy!
 
I think I really, really, REALLY pissed off this 'MASULU' character. I just got done destroying about 7-8 of his buildings, starting with the expensive ones, and then built two more hazards. The only buildings he has left are cottages or green houses. Hey, you mess with the bull, you get the horns. :D

I think it's safe to say he's coming after me. I hope you'll have my back. I think that's enough justice for him. Anybody else getting attacked?

Exactly why I called it quits the other day. Haven't logged back in. The bank will take all my abandoned stuff whenever the dead-time deadline rolls around.

In other news, Pay time is 0 GMT - or 1 BST (British Summer Time).


I have been 'bending-the-rules' since joining about 44 hours after the reported reset, and my main account 'Car Less' is now worth about 33 million.

By bending-the-rules, I mean that I have multiple accounts that have been building (mostly) independently from each other. When I say mostly, I mean that when one opponent upsets one of my accounts, the others would assist in revenge, and on occasion when it came time to sell a street, a lesser account would buy it for a little more than its reported value.

Some observations/questions...

When buying a street from another player, you can only make an offer between the actual value and 1.5x the value. I discovered this when a typo caused me to make an offer of 10x a streets value. The wording of the error message I got makes it appear that this was not always the case, and this could well have been the source of much early cheating?

Also, streets may only change hands once a day (Minimum 24 hours? or between payouts?) This I feel was also not always the case?

Rent values are now capped at 50k for a green house. When I started, values appeared to increase exponentially with the size of the street they were on. The current cap seems MUCH fairer, as the earlier increases would make it impossible to catch up to players that sniped up the largest roads first. With a bit of luck and good judgement, you could now catch up with others that are playing fair.

The glitches and lagging vary significantly with the time of day. At times I could place a house in around 10 seconds, while at peak times (around payout) it could take up to 90 seconds. The server is blatantly inadequate for the demand being placed on it, but due to the constant rule changes and resets I doubt that they care. The whole thing smells of a Beta Test for something bigger...


We'll see how things are when it comes back up, but assuming it still works my acount will be CAR LESS and the others will have been abandoned - Don't want to attract any attention to the fact that I had more than one.
 
My accounts have never crossed paths, either* and when they do, it will be within the expressed rules of the game - buy a street for what it's worth (especially now as you have to) They also now clearly state that you can have up to 5 accounts per IP/computer to account for families that are playing.

*As I stated previously, Joe Bob was set up as a test account to try things out and it's ahead of my main by 50%! 80M vs 120M - both of which, short of their oops with the inflated rent, have been played legitimately.
 
I've just seen RAFKO disappear from world #1 out of the top 10.

A little investigation later and it appears that they must have cheated and had their 429,179,431,000 wiped out. They did get to keep their 2 streets and 35 hazards though. :)

Also of note, yesterday one of my minions had a visit from DEBUGMOD who removed one of my buildings without leaving a cone behind to rebuild on.

I'll have to seriously consider whether it is worth the time and effort though.

I was finally allowed to start several accounts, too. I planned to use them to attack bad guys. It didn't work out so well. Since I had trouble creating new accounts, I only started them just the other day. I was able to use them quite well against the douchebag MASULU.

However, I don't really care if they consider this cheating and close me down. I'm about to quit as it is. I use the other accounts to make offers on my properties as the game intended. You have to, in order to use the 'sell street' option of the game. Nobody uses them in the mean time. They need to add a 'Sellers List' of property players want to sell so you know who to make an offer.

I just hope they fix the 'click on a building only once before reseting' glitch/bug. That's the most annoying thing in this game! Especially if you have buildings to destroy! Muh-ha-ha-ha-haaaaa! (That means you MASULU, you little pus-bag!)

Once you get to the point where you're placing Polyhedron's and Spears, the game really speeds up and doesn't take nearly as much time.

And to expand on Solids question regarding this from yesterday, I think the point at which you should jump to the Polyhedron is when you can build at least 20 (8Million) per day.
 
Looks like they got rid of the top ten cheaters, only. The annoying bugs and glitches are all still there.
 
Poor MASULU. Solid, I'm glad you found a new perspective on this game. :lol:

And yeah, if you guys get hit, post their names on here. I'm not about to sabotage someone I don't know, but if they messed with my fellow gtp members, you'd be doing me a favor by pointing that person out. Don't want to let those sabotage cards to go to waste!
 
Two things.

1) I don't know what they did during their maintenance, but holy crap their site is flying.

2) Anyone need a hazard anywhere? :D
 
I ended up with two of my own. Had to give them to poor MASULU again, as I had nowhere to put it. :p
