Excuse me, but does no-one here like the Diablo?

Any Diablo is beautiful in my eyes. The Diablo was probably one of the greatest supercars ever made of the 1990's.

Update, folks.

There are many beautiful cars, I don't think it can be limited to one:

Include the Ferrari F40 and 250 GTO

Mclaren F1
Ferrari F40 looks better though.

Civics? Old Corvettes?

People, people, people! You lads need a bit of educatin':

I present the 1937/1938 Talbot-Lago T150 -

General consensus of opinion for decades has been that this is the most beautiful car of all time. Last year two of them were sold:

S/N 90105 was auctioned by Christie's on Friday, August 19; S/N 90034 was presented by RM Auctions on the following day. Bidding was heated at both events, with five or six qualified buyers vying for each prize.

In the end, I was surprised that chassis 90105, which I expected to sell for the higher price given its sweeping styling, racing motor, and short chassis, sold for $3,535,000, $150k less than the $3,685,000 achieved by S/N 90034. These startling prices don't even include taxes or import duties, which can add an extra 10% or more.

Then, just a couple of months ago, those prices were topped:

WELLINGTON, Fla. (January 24, 2006) — When the gavel struck the podium closing the sale of the 1938 Talbot-Lago T150 C SS Teardrop Coupe at the inaugural Gooding & Company auction in Palm Beaches, more than 700 people in the audience witnessed a moment in history. The Teardrop Talbot-Lago sold for $3.905 million including buyers premium (the “hammer price” being $3.55 million) – a world record sale for a Talbot-Lago Teardrop Coupe. The vehicle was the star among 55 rare automobiles at the auction, which followed the second annual Palm Beach International Concours d’Elegance on Sunday, January 22 at the Palm Beach Polo and Country Club.

Astons are gorgeous, but nothing will ever match the Talbot-Lago Teardrop.

in my opinion, this is as beautiful as a modern car gets(not considering aston martins because they have already been posted) :sly:

near super car performance with the luxury of a 4door sedan and can be purchased for a reasonable price(pretty reasonable compared to cars that are able to keep up with it) :)

This is pretty nice
JaguarD-Type.jpg

as was said earlier beauty is in the eye of the beholder
sierra_rs500_cosworth.jpg

but as it's in some american art museum, then this has to be the most beautiful car of all time,as suggested earlier

You think a 5 door Sierra with a body kit is beautiful??? 👎

Skip - is that your Charger in the pix? - its just like the one that Ewan McGregor drives in the film 'The Big Fish' 👍

Actually looking at the Sierra again without the beer goggles on, it's not a RS500, as it's not a 3 door! But the RS500 is a beautiful car.

And since I don't want to post yet another pic of a F40 or 288GTO...

I'll nominate this.

Quote of the year. Who takes submissions for those GTP Awards?

Here's my top 4 in no order (I couldn't think of an honest 5):

Ferrari 456 - I remember seeing one pull up near me and I was proud of my first 612 sighting. It was a 456.
11fi2.jpg

Morgan Aeromax - It drips class. No other current-day car has the same effect.
20ok.jpg

Lotus Elise - Seen here from behind, sporting flashy '05 Exige wheels (when LSS ones were out of stock).

BMW Z8 - Here is art, here is sculpture. Notice that this is not Fisker's first nomination in this thread.

Front looks pretty good here, not too keen on the back though.

For the most beautiful car ever i would opt for the

Dodge Viper GTS

BMW E36 M3 convertible.

Porsche 911 GT3
