Don't know why but this car has always appealed to me

I hope this isn't just me...

Dire quality for official promo shots, but a very, VERY pretty car in my opinion.

oh...there are sooo many...I can't decide...
but i like for example:
Jaguar E Type
Fiat Coupé ;-)
Shelby Cobra (!!!)
Ford Escort Cosworth
BMW M1 (old versions)
Dodge Viper
etc.

That Cadillac is as god awful as the wagon. Looks like they got the 4-door, chopped the rear doors off & then quickly threw that rear end on. :yuck:

I've always thought the grilles on the front end of that series of Cadillac as tacky as hell. I don't think there's any place for chrome on modern cars to be honest in the same way that wood for interior panels (on anything but a Phantom) should have been phased out in the 80's.

Another candidate? May not to be everyone's taste, but I'm going to nominate the Ferrari 166 Barchetta for beauty in simplicity of lines:

I have a wonderful picture of that car back in the UK. Front 3/4 view, looking down with a fish-eye lense. I agree it's an exquisite motor-car. Although I'm sure you have plans to be very, very wealthy there is also another option. You can buy the Lynx XK-SS reproduction at a fraction of the price.

Mhmmm...

I've come across numerous photos and images of cars pleasing to the eye of the auto-lover, but don't quite fit the bill of 'sexy and mean'. These cars, instead, could be described as classy, subtle, refined, luxurious, svelte, graceful, elegant and beautiful. These designs are more often than not found in classic collections rather than modern aesthetic praxis. Nonetheless, new artforms fitting the bill spring up from time to time. This thread is created with the intention of showcasing these timeless cars that remind us of the simple beauty that is a Zagato, rather than the maniacal awesomeness of a Reventon.

The best car ever.

Well, the following few are by no means exhaustive, but I think they are among the most beautiful cars:

While covering Rennsport Reunion last year, I was almost alone (only staff and two other journalists) in the Porsche pavilion for about 30 minutes early one morning while waiting for them to pull the covers off the new 911s. While I was in there, I got to take a really good look at the 918 RSR.

Photographs can't come close to doing this car any justice. In person, out under natural light, it is spectacularly gorgeous. It's one of those rare cars that you end up slowly walking in a circle around staring at it. It's like they took the best features from every supercar of the past ten years and combined them all, and painted it in a finish you can't stop looking at.
