Most fun car to drive?

I've recently been having lots of fun with four cars:
Nissan GT-R Proto '05
Nissan GT-R Proto '01
Mitsubishi GTO SR '98
Alfa Romeo Brera.

To the point that I don't really drive anything else online anymore.


The GTO in particular is a lot of fun on tighter tracks like Autumn Ring, because it happily will kick the tail out exactly when you want it to, but it also lovingly stays in your control the entire time.

Suzuki Cappucino RM, it's so fun, handles amazing and is a joy to drive.

Not so bad once you dump a bunch of weight and even out the weight distribution.

I second the Ginetta as an angry, loud little car to drive, but for me, discovering that one of my very favorite "little" cars, the Motul Honda Civic Race Car, was available almost immediately, really made my day. I love small cars that are on the edge of control. But, on the other side I've always loved Turismo for the Vipers, Impreza LM Road Car, and Zonda as well.

The M3 CSL is one of my favorites, and the '61 E Type Jag. Old VWs are a lot of fun too.

+ 1 for the 61 e-type, I also found a tune that balances the oversteer out, but still has a touch of oversteer, that thing is a rocket with the right tune

I've found the jag xj-13, the old one, is really fun. If you have no TC then it is quite tail happy.

I can't keep the thing in a straight line fully modded, but I'll have try again, as I haven't driven it for awhile, being it's my favorite real life car

Amuse S2000 GT1 Turbo for me. After that, or maybe tied, the 458 Italia

Peugeot 908 and Red bull X1, the 908 provides a steady handling and steadily fast unlike old Group-C cars such as the Minolta, and I do prefer its sounds too. The X1 is kinda way too powerful and unmanageable aircraft rather than a mere car.

The best thing about GT5 is that when you get a little bored of a car there is always something else to try. Often I find the most driving pleasure where I least expected it. If you like oversteer keep trying the MR cars in the game.
