@niky, i don't know what your on about, me and some other guy have mentioned the evora and caterham, all the votes have been for the yellowbird.

The Top Gear challenge is not an Elise, it is an Evora on comfort tyres.
It's an Elise on comfort tires. I found it awful to drive, but after a bit of taming I got it. Thankfully my own one isn't quite as bad.

I find the Zonda R to be a bit murderous. But then again, I haven't driven a TVR yet

Impossible to keep the Yellowbird from oversteering, and I can't get that thing around the Ring no matter how hard I try (because of the oversteer).

I must be going insane, i was about 100% sure it was an Evora, i just checked and it is an Elise. Has this been changed since release? :dunce:

On topic.

To drive those rear engine cars you have to do a combination of never taking your foot fully off the throttle and specifically braking and throttle at the same time, this causes understeer and will allow you to smoothly drive the car. It's the same in real life.

I'm suprised no one has mentioned the Lambo Muira. Give it a bit of power of sport hards, and it's all over the frigging place....

No it havent, it was always with an elise :)

by playing without aids and manual for me is the Esperante, this car is totally nuts.

Vertigo...was pumped when I saw it in the UCD and holy crap. Makes the FGT seem easy (which isn't even that bad anyway).

Yellowbird... YIKES what a handful.

Easily the Shelby Cobra. Especially stock this thing was darn near undrivable. The slightest over acceleration sent the car right off the road. I kept with it for 5 days straight and tamed it slightly. Just not stock. Definitely not stock. Stock is evil.

For me it's the Ferrari 512BB. I don't know what it is about that car, but I'm constantly fighting it. It is now my arch nemesis. I painted it blue and now refer to it as the "Blue Bastard", ha! As far as I know, that's what the BB in the name stands for, hehe.

McLaren MP4-12C. No matter what you do, it'll still handle like it's running on ball bearings.

If you didn't say "TVR Speed 12", it's because you haven't drove it yet.

And if you do it's because you haven't driven some of the other cars yet.

Yellowbird, Cizeta, Stratos, Toyota 7...

I drive the Speed 12 all the time and I love it, even online. With racing slicks (what the car should always have) it handles pretty nicely. Just never, ever drop below 3rd gear.

All the ones I listed, no tires in the world can keep those cars stuck to the road. The Toyota 7 and Stratos I've driven somewhat successfully though, the other feel like they're on ice at all times.

Fully tunes lotus elan.

Drives like you think the G4 should.

Gotta give this a go. I really like the g4 but it's just too slow to race it anywhere (online or offline). Also it get's ridiculous PP for being so light which makes matchmaking even harder.

The trickiest cars I've found are Lancia Stratos Rally car on sports mediums (the tyres it came with), RUF yellowbird obviously and RUF BTR is also fun. A bit slower but similarily handling car is the Alpine A110 (also rear engined). The Top Gear intermediate test with the elise on comforts was also great fun.

This list is identical with my favorite cars list. For everyone who has the stratos rally car and hasn't yet tried it try it with sports mediums it's brilliant once you get the hang of it.

No sir, the BTR2 like the BTR "Yellow Bird" is rear engined rear wheel drive. The CTR2 comes in AWD. The Yellow Bird is the BTR in case you were wondering, just was nicknamed Yellow Bird, but it's a Big Turbo Ruf.

BTR= Group B-Turbo -Ruf ;)
