motherboard beeping randomly

Hey everyone,

I'm having a minor problem. My motherboard beeps at random after start up, when I'm already using the computer. The length of the beep is as random as the timing. I dont think it does anything to the performance but I was just curious if anyone has had any problems with this or knows how to fix it.
