I dislike how most of the time these big accidents get given the slow mo treatment. I think I've only seen the Alonso accident at full speed twice, and it's a completely different thing when not slowed down.

Not saying whether he did or didn't but if this is all true, it might make some legal grounds for "Sexual Harassment". Granted its not the sort we usually know but considering the many ridiculous lawsuits I've seen (like someone suing Mcdonalds for "Emotional damages" because of him only getting one Napkin), I feel like anything is possible at this point.
As far as it affecting his job, sadly what happens in his personal life COULD as it would damage his image with people. Look at Max Mosley..ugh, actually don't. It'll give you whiplash
In a way I'm saying exactly that. His actions, while not something I condone, aren't illegal and have no impact on his job so I have a hard time getting upset about it.

It's hard to say since we are only seeing one side of the conversation so we have no clue if she was trying to avoid him or leading him on (granted she could have just blocked him if he was causing her so much harm). Her lack of including her replies makes me lean towards the latter though.
