Well, for one: I don't believe it's called a "Community Club". I know that there is to be a Club Racing feature, and Community features like in Gran Turismo 5. But a Community Club, I have not heard of, and I'm not even sure of what that is, or what it would even be. I could be mistaken, but I believe that your wording may be incorrect.

I would love to have any of my relatives and friend that I know be able to watch me race. Plus, shuffle seems to be a big question. I have gotten the hint that these are things that have been looked at for the community updates, but I REALLY want to know when!

Call it what you will, but it was promised over 12 months ago when gt6 was announced. I remember kaz's presentation well.

As listed by you, the "Community" section will have "Club" features which will allow people to create Private or Public racing "Clubs".

Public and Private "Racing Clubs" are "Community features".
"Forums" are a "Community Feature".
"Event Organizer" is a "Community Feature".

There is no mention of a "Community Club". But whatever, I'm trying to help, I voted for it. The least he can do is spell "community" correctly...

Sorry, but I have heard nothing from PD to dispel that characterization, fanboi.

We were told that the Feb update would contain some new community features that we've been doing without since we made the switch from GT5 to GT6. We desperately need some of these features for organizing with friends to run events and foster gaming relationships.

• Private lounges - like GT5, where someone could go to "community" click on your name, and enter your lounge at any time.
• Ability to send cars to each other
• Ability to share photos or replays
• Message Boards for individuals and clubs
• Clubs
• Share tunes without needing to type it all out.

Basically, in GT6 there is nothing connecting you to other players that happens inside the game itself. All organization must be done outside of the game.

We were looking forward to having all of the great community features from GT5, with some new innovations added for GT6.

Great question, GT5 did a pretty good job of letting you communicate and share with friends. Hopefully by PD freeing up the old servers we can get those promised features at last!

I'm really surprised how few votes this has relative to other threads. This is a MUCH bigger improvement to the vitality of Gran Turismo than accurate sounds - I know it's important too, but think about it, and you should agree.

Possibly due to the fact that in it's current form it sucks. If it was fleshed out properly it would no doubt be more liked and used.

And these features would help to do just that. Flesh out the online more, thus making it more liked and used.

This really needs to happen. I see complaints for it in the news section regularly.
