Multiple x-box accounts in one house

Is there a way I can set up the x-box so that I can play 2 people on the same x-box with 1 account paid for? It would just seem silly to pay for 2 accounts in 1 house.

you'll have to play as a guest in multiplayer, otherwise you have to pay for a second account.
