Mustang Settings

I was wondering if anybody would tell me how to put the settings for the ford mustang to make it go fast and handle good. I have purchased all the upgrades now i just need to change the gear ratios and stuff like that.

Hello, mgs2, and welcome to GTPlanet.

Unfortunately, I left my handheld at home this morning, and that has all my settings on it, so I can't post them for you right now. I will say, though, that the Mustang is most fun to drive at a maximum of about 500 hp. It will make more than that, but the handling goes down hill fast at 600+ hp. I'll try to post my suspension settings tonight.

Here are my settings for a 590-hp SVT Mustang on T2 tires.

Springs: 9.0/8.0
Ride Ht: 104/106
Bound: 5/7
Rebound: 6/7
Camber: 3.5/1.0
Toe: 0/0
Stabs: 4/4

Autoset: 30
FD: 3.660
LSD: 10/20/20

This was good for about 1':17.mid" - 1':18.low" around Deep Forest 2. As I said, the Mustang gets a little hairy at this horsepower; I actually prefer it stock, where it's a ball to drive.

Speaking of mustangs, do you think the 2005 New Mustang will be available in gt4, and is so, how about the Mustang GTR ?? That yould be sweet
