My car is toned down in arcade mode?!?!

Every time i go into arcade mode and then 2 free trials or wherever, i go to my garage and only to find my car is at stock. I fixed up the car in simulation so what happening?!

Don't worry.

Your car is waiting for you in your garage the way you tuned it. It only shows the stock BHP.

really? i set my suspension up for drifting. In sim i can feel my tunings, but then once in free trial it just seems lost.

It's all there, trust us. I tune and adjust my garage cars in Free Run all the time.

arcade mode has a bit less "car simulation" in it. You can go faster in arcade, but sim mode will give you the most "feel".

BTW,.. if your running in "run & settings" mode in sim,... your gonna get the arcade "feel".


I didnt have a full grasp of this either until I got my MOMO,... sim mode is noticably different when concerning the "feel" of the cars settings.

I have also noticed that the Simulation Mode cars feel different in Arcade Mode. I always thought it was just me, but I guess it really is different.

No worries bud, the game doesnt compensate for aftermarket upgrades. Its all good, go drifting till ur hearts desires.

The difference depends on which steering assist you're using. I use professional, and it handles pretty much the same everywhere, although qualifying still behaves noticably different from everything else.
