My diy DFGT cockpit

I built this out of 1 1/4 tubing and 16g sheetmetal. It still needs cleaned up and painted, but I am very happy with the way it turned out.

Nice work! Looks like you got plenty of leg/knee room and looks like you incorporated a seat slider in there. That seat looks a bit more comfortable than my Playseats Evolution

Yes, sliding seat tracks was a must. The heel rest are a lifesaver as well.

looks great bro. What about drilling a couple holes and running all those wires through the tubing to clean it up a bit? Great job.

Looks good !!! Alot stronger then my setup... I also like that Hpi nitro rush in the back. I got one with a .21 sts race motor with new era motor mounts.

Its actually a HPI E Firestorm with a 10.5 brushless...

Nope, Im not even sure what a kite buggy is? I basically bent up a box out of flat sheetmetal, bent and welded some round tubing to it, and this is what i ended up with.
