I have actually trained my puppy to shake with the left or right paw. All I have to do is say "shake left" or "shake right." Well here are my pics, I just got a digital camera so some of the pictures are a little blurry because I was moving.

Reminds me of my dog that died in '97 aged 12 ...very nice dog

here's my dog ...

got him about 3 months ago from the manchester dogs home ...we called him Jake,. He is ok apart from the fact if you leave the front door open he is off like a shot and there aint no stopping him, so we don't even bother

Well it was a toss up between Jake and a few other names, Max included!
He just suited Jake for some strange reason

i wish i could have a dog but my dads terrified of dogs ever since he was 5 and his parents brought home 12 german shepards i think that started his fear issues

There's all sorts of latency going on in genetics. But if she was pure black labrador, she'd be pure black...

At some point in her ancestry, another breed has been involved. I'd have guessed at parent to start with, but if they are both pure black, odds-on it's a grandparent (it gets less likely if you go back further in any living creature's lineage).

Kane has a white chest flash, and he's pure bred. Admittedly, harlequin Great Danes are mostly white, but there aren't any in his pedigree.

I didn't know that. I thought that black labs were just a colour variation like other breeds have.
