Believe it or not there are a couple of simple rules when running dirty nascar. Driving backwards will get you kicked and blacklisted in a heartbeat.

Since the 2.04 update, people need to work together to catch a leader or leaders so sometimes wrecking last place is frowned upon. It still is racing and the objective is to win or at least be in the group that crosses the finish line within 1 second of the leader.

Rules.

1. Stay in the pits until the race starts to prevent black screens.
2. No going backwards.
3. No brake checking.
4. Try to go for the leader.

Brake checking is allowed. I take out whoeever I please. Never had an issue.

My driving is so bad that in the Cote d' Azur race in the Historic Race Car Cup I wrap my 2J around the guardrail at the chicane every single lap. Just like my mentally challenged Bobs do.

BTW, am I by myself here, or would anyone else like to see that "Retire" button changed to an "Execution" button where by a drop down menu appears allowing you to choose the most appropriate form of death penalty. My top pick would be blunt force trama.

Sometimes I've seen rooms that say "Nascar Dirty No BS".
I've often wondered what that meant because usually "No BS" means "not dirty".

Or how about "dirty or kick"...

I'm always imagining that people would be told, "how dare you come into a dirty room & race clean!!"

When I start a room that is the name of my room. By "No BS" I mean I try to enforce the rules that I posted. I usually race with a bunch of my friends so the "No BS" should help ward off some of the idiots. I won't hesitate kicking someone for going backwards as it ruins the fun for everyone.

Please keep in mind that rule #4 is loosely enforced. It's more of a guideline. We just don't like to kick someone when they are down. There has been times that I wreck someone for first place while wrecking myself and have ended up pushing them to the lead again.

I'm going to have a field day now with people who cut up rough about clean racing rules. I'm completely going to be throwing it at people, "EVEN DIRTY NASCAR HAS RULES".
Someone takes out the car in last place, they're going to get an earful about how that would get them banned in DIRTY NASCAR.

.. so bad, that after having crashed and burned 459 times online, real racing, on the Nordschleife in the Ferrari F40 , that GT Auto still doesn't allow me to repair my chassis, apparently it is still in good condition. I give up!
