Every year the Trucks visited Kansas, there was a different winner. That trend continues. James Buescher was the winner. No Nationwide this weekend- they'll go back to work this coming Friday at Richmond. All that's left now is Cup at Kansas.

You know, what I keep hearing is how some of these tracks will be re-done and everything. Doesn't mean anything right now, but when people return to some of these tracks that will be re-done (like Kansas); it is going to be much different to race these courses. I can only imagine how much different these tracks will be to race in the future.

My memory's a bit sketchy, but I believe when they repave, the speeds go up. However, the racing's usually lackluster because a second racing line takes time to build in. The exception's when they reconfigure the banking as well, like with LVMS.

ICEYOU
Greg's pass on Jimmie last week is so overhyped.

If Jeff Gordon had made that exact same pass against Paul Menard, you would have declared it the "Pass of the Century."

Lots of crazy things during this pit sequence:

Allmendinger ran out of gas
Earnhardt missed pit road
Bowyer's engine blowing up

And Bowyer spun out.

I think that's the third car already that ran themselves out of gas. What's going on? Are the team's calculations that far off?

I think I saw him go in the pits when he was out of fuel.

Seriously, that 22 outfit needs work. They seem to have speed, but not reliability.

BTW, I crack up every time they show that Sprint commercial with Bowyer singing karaoke.

Loads of engine problems. What the hell, did somebody put cola in their engines rather than oil?

Looking ok for my Fantasy picks which are 2, 18, and 48.

EDIT: Problems with the #24. I don't know whether to rant, cry or laugh. This has been going on for ages now.

Come.on caution....

And figures. Once Gordon gets in the top ten he has issues. Dammit
