I wish both the busch brothers would be banned for life, but really? Thats BS. Thats far beyond BS,I dont even understand where they got this from.

Is that for the picking his nose comment and ****? If so NASCAR is being retarded.

Kurt Busch has been suspended until June 13th for his actions after the NNS race at Dover.

I am shocked! Shocked!

(not really)

Sounds kinda like Rudd in 2002 at Pocono. He was leading until he had a tire problem with less than 10 laps to go.

I know it's early, but I wouldn't be surprised if rain's an issue this coming weekend. Seems like a recurring theme every single year.

Or the charlotte race tony stewart was leading by half a lap and blew a tire going into turn one and crashed into the wall.

It looks like Kurt Busch has been suspended for the Pocono event, and his probation has been extended to this New Year's Eve. He's what... 33? Be a team owner for a moment. If you have a driver like this who is talented but has problems with other people on and off the track, how would you discpline such a driver, and would you even go to the point of releasing him/her from your team?

NASCAR's punishment of Kurt Busch- too much, too little, or just right?

So Bush gets suspended for one comment to one reporter and not a peep after Smokes long drawn out verbal tirade against everything NASCAR on national broadcast tv a few weeks ago, and the reporters just laughed along with it and repeated it for a whole week...figures. Suspensions used to reserved for more important things, like putting people in danger on the track. NA$CAR is getting more pathetic each passing week, no wonder they can't fill the stands.

Kurt Busch threatened to "Beat the 🤬 out of Bob Pockrass".

Edit: It's one thing to speak negatively of the way on-track action is going down, which Tony typically does when restrictor plate racing happens, it's a completely different level when you go around verbally abusing and threatening the media, which Kurt has a history of doing for the last 12 months....

Tony was in a semi-satire just taking the piss. Not threatening someone as Kurt did with that comment. Implied or not, ment or not, threatening isn;t cool.

But it is perfectly OK for reporters, national broadcasters actually, to advocate putting up a boxing ring after the race for the drivers to "settle things" ? Perhaps respect for one another should be a two way street...just sayin'.

In today's world, discipline is driven more by sponsorships. If a driver's not marketable because of their behavior, the team will replace said driver with someone else, just like with Kurt, and be stuck in a lower-tier operation.

Now, my understanding is that there's technically no contract between Kurt and James Finch, so I'm guessing Finch could simply tell Kurt he's no longer welcome. Then again, I get the impression is that he's one of the few that will put up with him based on his talent alone.

Apple and oranges....

Edit: Phoenix racing has no sponsor, which is probably because no one wants to sponsor Kurt Busch. Monster only signed him as an athlete since he's been driving Kyle's NNS car.

Or Kyle getting the shove end of last season as Z Line designs IIRC didn;t want a driver associated with deliberatly wrecking someine seen driving their car.

Oh lol...

Bob Pockrass asks Kurt Busch a legitmate question to Kurt Busch about racing under probation. Kurt responds with "it's refraining me from beating the 🤬 out of you right now."

So the next race (Infineon if I am right?) is TNT's first of 2012! Lets welcome Kyle Petty and co. in!

"Sonoma Raceway" is only temporary. I assume they are busy looking for another sponsor.

Watch it become "Hersheys Kissables Raceway" or "Reeses Peanut Buttercups Raceway"...

Or, "Crown Royal presents; DuPont's FedEx Speedway at the Lowe's 350k at Sonoma".

Or, "Crown Royal presents; DuPont's FedEx Speedway at the Lowe's 350k at Sonoma".

First ever tie in NASCAR when Jeff Gordon's car mysteriously shuts off with a 10 second lead on the final lap and Jimmie Johnson catches him at the line. Then, due to points standings, the win is given to Johnson.

Just something I have been thinking about, the guy who posted a picture of Johnson in victory lane with his trophy, notice the die-cast in the monster guys hand... Is that his paint scheme he ran Sunday? If it is they had that paint scheme planed for a couple months because I was looking into buying Harvicks newspaper scheme from Martinsville and it doesn't come out until Middle of August. The race was on April 1st.. Not agreeing with ICE or anything but who remembers the California race were his car was smoking and he didn't get penalized or sent to the back of the pack. But that was the race after his crew Chief got fined 50K for the violations to the car at Daytona and the other penalties were dropped. Not saying the race was rigged for Gordon's loss, actually i think Jeff Is having just bad luck, I think things are fishy over in the 48 team... So just my thoughts..

based on a die cast car? There is a website that shows all the paint schemes being run this year, and the ones that are done yet are on diecast cars. These cars are available to the driver it would seem at any time rather than the general public who has to wait.

Every team brings a die cast of their car, as it's part of the trophy at Dover, with the big concrete monster holding up a die cast of the winning car.

I was thinking there was another track that did the same thing, but with an old Jeep Wagoneer-looking thing pulling the winning car behind on a trailer. I thought it was California, but I can't find it anywhere, even with a google search.

EDIT - I did find it. Look behind Tony.

Edit 2 - and Harvick
