What tunes do you use? Using the 2011 Jeff Gordon car, but kept struggling with the Grand Valley one and the 2 last ones.

The two last ones were a farce for me too,my level 40 driver only won 2/5 and managed a 3rd aswell,I didn't really do a tune just pushed the gears back a bit and lowered it,I used the 2010 Hamlin Toyota if that means anything.I did win the title though..just.:)

Getting tickets is a nightmare, there is always one series that causes problems, still I suppose a bronze still gets the ticket for completing all the Extreme B-spec I just don't get whatever pants car you get for winning the NASCAR series. Beating the AI cars on Aspec on NASCAR was easy, my B-spec really struggled to get into the top 5 first go. Will keep at it, he generally does get better.

That ticket can get you some of the most beautiful cars in the game... 330 P4 and Mk.IV

Gear Ratio and Aerodynamics are the two major things you're going to want to work with. What I found worked was to have the Aerodynamics raised to max on the first 4 events (including High Speed Ring) and drop them as low as they'll go for Daytona. As for the Gear Ratios, what you're going to want to do is go to each track using these Aero numbers and, with the default gear ratios, figure out how fast you can get your car going down the longest straight. Then adjust your Gear Ratios so that your Max Speed is about +20mph over that number. For High Speed Ring and Daytona, just set them to +20mph over the default (which should put them at around 245mph).

The idea is that on the slower tracks, the gear ratio drop will give you more power on the straights to overtake with. On the faster tracks, this gives you room to draft past the other cars. Also, remember that it's a Championship - you don't have to win every race, you just have to have more points at the end.

A-Spec or B-Spec?
