Green green green!
They better have the GT5 ad in this race!!!

It's possible you could complete an entire lap with little or no brake (or even at full throttle), but my problem has been finding a consistent line to use in going around Indy. I sometimes can't hook on the very inside, so I have to go middle and high into the corners while making sure not to tag the outside wall.
No brake at Indy in a stock car? If that's possible the game is horribly unrealistic. Look at any pit stop at Indy and the amount of brake dust coming off the wheels is huge.
In most NASCAR races there is generally not very much braking. In most cases the cars merely slow down for the banked corners, rather than applying brake. On the Indy course, if you hit the right apex, you won't need to brake. At worst you'll need to let off the gas.

Which wheel is he using?According to what Amar212 has told us, the physics with all assists off give us the professional physics feel between GT TT and GT5P. We will have to play around to make it as real as possible.
Guys.. I just played GT5 DEMO in Best Buy. I took all of the assists off, and put racing 1 tires on the stock car. I know for sure that I had to hit the brake every corner. The speed was nearly realistic as well..
I don't know how accurate these physics are, but the car handled TOO good. It was nearly impossible to spin. WAY TOO STABLE...
We will just have to just hold any judgment until we get to customize our races and race together online.
I see video of a Miata getting sideways in every turn, and you guys think JPM's car will be hard to spin?
which wheel is he using?
OK so he used the G25 but not the Driving Force GT. I'll wait until I get my copy and judge for myself. I found that people who use the G wheel rather than the Force wheel get a much different feel.
Yeah I've seen videos of it and it looks awesome, can't wait to try it. Just playing NASCAR alone will keep me occupied for a long time, provided that the racing is going to be close with the AI. Pit stops look pretty good too.I'm however very much looking forward to the nascar racing.

When are you going to unlock the site?
I think somebody forgot to tell Kaz about restrictor plates. Theres a video of a guy going around Daytona at 370 KPH which rounds out to 230MPH. Still, 230 is better than 195 right?
I'm pretty sure a real unrestricted NASCAR would be that fast on super speedways.
I think it would be fun as hell to race Daytona without the restrictor plate. Anyone with me?
