Thanks for the suggestion. I've already tried that, but for some reason the PSN account site is down for maintainance... To my knowledge, it has been down for several weeks...

What you do is go to the 1st tab on the left of your PS3 home screen then go to create new user, then go to "Playstation Network", then create new account, set the 2000 date then, make your main account the adult account, then create the account and get the ticket.

I tried setting up a sub account, but part of the process required the use of PC, and thats where the problem starts.. Is there no way to create a sub account solely on the PS3?
