Sadly, there is no E46 Liberty Walk kit. Only for the E92. :)
i know bro.but they said that cars will also get kits inspired by the real aftermarket ones such as rocket bunny ,liberty walk ect..so yeah i hope we get some cool kits for the beamers.

Nothing on a pre-order for a EA game, is excluded from the actual game. Just another reminder/FYI. I suppose that's in a way both a good thing, in that you can pick the game up months post release with all content from these supposed special edtion pre-orders, but bad in how it's advertised as like "pre-order deluxe edition to get this NOW...for £60/$90" - lol no.

Gamescon needs to show more customization, the complete car list, the sound design, the size of the map and some free roam gameplay in a "brand new car" because so far the car list is average as average can be.

I'm pretty sure they gonna show a lot at gamescom but the real deal will happen at EGX thas where they have the Q&A with the producers and directors, so I'm counting more on that then gamescom also pax prime and that big YouTube gaming event I'm pretty sure the game will be there.

Anyone else getting the impression every BMW M3 could be in the game? So far the E30, E46 and F82 (M4) have been confirmed. I would say the E36 is likely to appear since it is in No Limits and the E92 has a huge number of aftermarket kits available so it would be an obvious choice for Need For Speed.

EA suffers from delivering incomplete games and based on the gaming industry now content of a game can change even a week before is release..including delays.so yeah more important is for them to deliver a complete car list specially including the true icons gtr's,rx7,A86,s15 ect..then after that they can add some DLC's.

But i fear the monetizing of this game will happen on the kits and parts. The customization part of the game will for sure suffer from the whole micro-transactions mess that's why their emphasis is on customization when you see their interviews. i could be wrong but i don't trust game publishers anymore.

Looking at the E46 GTR screenshot im asking myself how come we can't have a full dynamic day/night cycle if the other games had it full with dynamic weather?..also the day time will represent the most wanted part of the game while the night time will be more carbon and underground but since the developers favorite game is carbon i can see the crew aspect of it along with the cops at night plus the canyon races that was all introduced in Carbon.

Need For Speed has amazing graphics with night time lighting, maybe Ghost Games couldn't pull off the same effect under brighter conditions? I'm not disappointed with the exclusion of a day/night cycle, underground racing is best suited to darker environments imo. At least they included dusk and dawn to make the lighting a bit less static.

not sure if this is related to nfs 2015 or its just in easter egg while playing bf hardline I noticed this.

Woah what an interesting find! So apparently some cars in BF Hardline apparently has the TFK logo from NFS Carbon. Cool!

Also I just picked up NFSU2 from the video game exchange store yesterday and been having a blast playing it again. Started a new game and going to try and beat the game on hard. :)

Wheels that don't fill wideboy arches make me physically sick.

They're pretty nasty rims anyway. And the paintjob is so damn overdone.

God why have they put customisation back in anyway? I thought we'd got past the whole pander to the "Fast & Furious oooh Most Wanted 2005 was the bestest gaem evar" generation. Guh.

Because people have been wanting it for years.

Get ready for the negative cambers, back in the days was neon and nitrous now is cambers and i know for sure cambers will be included in this game and they can look ugly when overdone which is whats going to happen people are going to abuse of it.

I'm cool with modern customization , the cars don't look boxy and like spaceships everything is more in tuned and detailed.

I don't see what the problem is. I love NFS games revolved around high-end and exotic cars but we've already had HP2010, The Run, MW2012, and Rivals to fill in that hole. It's time for a change of pace and NFS 2015 is brining back deep customization, something people have been begging for for a long time.

The hype has not disappeared for the group you described. I think it would be a bad idea to target the sort of people who like Rivals yet again - most of which are casuals who will never play the game again after a couple of months. Fans of the Black Box era will stick around for much longer and there is a relatively large number of people still playing games made before Undercover.

Modern car customisation has improved since the mid 2000's. Most of the tuning scene has left behind neons, hydraulics and tacky bodykits in exchange for negative camber, functional aero parts and "hellaflush yo" stickers. Not everyone finds customisation tasteful, but you have to admit progress has been made.

I am really trying to be forgiving to this game, because like you, I asked that question myself. I am usually much more forgiving with the "first" game in a series/console/reboot (IE - FM5,GT5, NFS15) but by the time the inevitable sequel rolls around, these hot-topics best be addressed.

well said i also think it has improved and is not as "Ricey" as before also customization nowadays actually helps the car performance for example the huge spoilers are used on drifting is not just for show.i have to admit the decals are outta of control with all the sponsors, like i said cambers are OK , i just don't like when they overdo it the cars look like they a re about to take off back to the future style.

Oh god why did trap get popular

I mean it could be a respectful music genre but urrghhhhhhhhhhh

Oh I like it, it's just been completely blown up and will be exhausted in a matter of months.

Sad

Anyway.

Well guys expect this soundtrack to be nothing but Trap and Dubstep they are influenced by the mainstream and whats played on the car culture nowadays (ken block,dc shoes.ect..)

I'm trying my hardest to not get hype because no matter how much they say this is the game you guys wanted, this is business and if they don't hit those numbers people wont get pay. so as much passion they have and stuff is up to the publisher to start cutting content and release DLC and get rid of features in the game.you guys have the right to laugh at me and curse me out if i end up being wrong and they do deliver the complete NFS experience.

I do agree with you when it comes to hype. I fell for it many a times with these "definitive" racing games that are laced with promises. I am somewhat hooked in by the customization feature set in NFS because it looks to be what I have been waiting for.

I would hope that the AUP restricts this type of behavior, so I don't believe you anything to worry about.

Just remember, we also have The Chemical Brothers featured on the soundtrack and Ekstrak confirmed they've brought back one of their tracks from Carbon:

If this game turns out to be good and doesn't have a mandatory online requirement, I may decide to buy it (when I have enough money for a new console).

All i can say is that I'm looking forward to this game.they have the right elements in place, now lets see how they
will implement them.looking forward to Wednesday.:D

This is fire great electronica i wish they included sum Rom Di Prisco or Morphadron in the soundtrack.those tracks will be nice while drifting on the canyons. :gtpflag:

Yep I was just playing 2005 most wanted and it reinvigorates my need for speed :) driving tuned up tuner cars racing against a lambo and beating the car might I add

That M4 is horrid.

I wonder how maybe cars will be from the 2010-2016 period? So far it's looking about 90%. Car "culture" again...as they keep on going on and on about is a LOT about cars from 1981-2004 yet how many retro VW/Ford/Toyota/Nissan/Honda/Mazda cars are we gonna get in game? Probably none, of any.

So far apart from appealing to mass tuning scene with these modern day body kits on modern day sports cars, I see very little that even remotely reflects what Speedhunters stands for in terms of car culture and the love of the vehicles and pride put into them, give us something to scream about EA (in a good way) and less of this average IMO stuff.
