You've got a few great cars in that collection. I your 240sx from the start of the game fast? I'm imagining it would be due to the fact it as had forever to tune up.

Oh yeah, tell me what ca you've got now?
I got:
  • 240SX (from the start of the game)
  • Impreza STi (which butchered the drag races)
  • 911 Turbo (great grip racing car)
  • Ford Shelby GT500 (the new one)
  • Mustang GT (after beating Karol Monroe)
  • Pontiac GTO, (the one in challange race weekend)
  • Chevy Cobalt (but i sold it already :indiff: so it doesn't count)
  • Pontiac GTO 65' (the one i beat Nate Denver. Kills it in wheelie comps)
  • Mzada RX-7(which i beat Aki Kimura)
  • Skyline GT-R R34 ( best car for speed runs)
  • Dodge Viper (meh, use that cheat thing....)
  • 350Z (not worth mentioning, its like crap!)
  • Golf GTi (meh, stupid cheat)
  • Lancer Evo X (after beating Ryo, which you never will :p)
  • Cayman S (fails at drag racing, turned it into a grip car)
  • BMW M3 E46 ( won the car in the challange race weekend, excellent drift car)
  • BMW M3 E92 (won against Ray Krieger)

I also have 1.7 million left in cash (make it 1.8 million :D) and i have 2 free car marker left. (which i can pick even the Zonda S)

So what makes you think you have better cars than me!!!!? :grumpy:
Hmm im quite sure I HAVE BETTER :D
List up in a few mins when I CAN REMEMBER ALL MY CARS :dopey:

Porsche 911: Fully Tuned, pretty awesome car
Nissan Skyline R34: Grip car, 980hp only :(
Evo X: Fully tuned grip car  Over 1000hp
VW Golf GTi: Coke Zero car
VW Golf R32: Fully tunes grip car, most fun car ingame IMO
Audi S3: Same as golf r32, except not as fun
Audi S4: Fully Tuned grip car, but slides too much
Nissan 350z: won it from somewhere
Dodge Viper: won it from somewhere, speed car
Shelby GT500 (new one): my drifter
Shelby GT500 (old one): Just like eleanor :)
Pontiac GTO (new one): Won it from some event, my other drifter.
Nissan Skyline R35: Looks awesome, full tuned grip car.
Impreza STi: My dragger
Charger R/T: Wheelie car (this thing owns)
Mustang: Won it from some face off or something.
Focus ST: I love this lol. Fully tuned grip car
E92 M3: I thought this car would do better 👎 It only goes to level 2 max :(

And i have a few more, cant remember them :(

Oh and just wondering, how do you get the free car markers?

Yawn.....lol, just joking. I don't get you. Why would you waste your money buying those crap cars when you could get to buy a superhypermegacool car like a Murcie or even a Zonda S? I got more than enough money to buy those cars and i got the extra money to tune them :D
About those free car markers, you can earn them when you do those race weekends and choose those ? markers and if your lucky you would get it. I was lucky enough to get 3 of them (so far.....) used 1 of them to buy the 911 :sly:

Well yeah, thanks. I'm not into buying useless cars like turbo lag does, at least most of my cars can perform well. (well, most of them anyways) Audis are just a waste of money, so does V-dubs and chevys. The 240SX is nothing as amazing as any of my cars, but still it could go fast around bends than lets say.....a Viper would. I can still own with the SX at Willows Spring against other "faster" cars!

Why is the drifting so easy? Do they think that anyone who plays nfs is a complete idiot? I usually get around 5000 point where the AI get 2k, and on the long courses I get over 10k.

EDIT: I had a Civic for drag.

So easy...? I looked like I never drove a damn car before... it was that bad. I couldn't get over 1400pts.

Use the handbrake and clutch a lot to extend drifts and enter turns early. At the end, just hold the handbrake and go sideways over the line, that usually helps rack up a few points right before you finish.

I would have thought Gran Turismo users would be a little more patient with the career process of their NFS game. Yet almost everyone here has been guilty of using cheats of some form. Why is that? Is the game really that hard to complete without them? :odd:

Yah know... if we were in a real car I'd say ok, that's fine but, guess what? it's a damn controller and guess what? I'm not going to push more damn buttons just so EA can say their retarded drift physics work.

On top of that during grip races I can drift just find by break and throttle. Gee... what a concept. xD

I did play the game without cheats for few days
quite enjoyable because it was slow = realistic :O
but I found out pimping my ride more fun than racing after all
New drifting physics isn't that bad
better than automatic countersteer in Carbon
but man I miss the touge course, Ebisu isn't fun enough for me

If anything is messed up, it isnt me.

The drift physics are awful. It does the drift for you. I swear ive done better drifts in grip racing.

And the drift physics are set up in relation to the track. You can't drift while going reverse on the track. It keeps turning your car around when you slide and slows you down. Try it.

Since when do you drift backwards any way lol? Although i know where your getting at lol.

I beg to differ, I was able to go all the way to the beginning. What it does do though is not give you a score up til you turned around. Funny part was I followed the inside wall on the grass but kept my wheels spinning and it kept giving me a score right up to the finish. great job EA... great job. xD

I will next time. It sounds so retarded lol.

 But, heres a tip. When doing that press nitrous and it'll give ya 100 points extra lol. I always do what you do lol. And where is that n00b avvy? :dopey:

Over 10k? The most i had was 9k+ at Autopolis, and thats if im lucky :indiff: Also, try to setup your car to make it easier to drift. Low front tire pressure and high rear tire pressure and also put the steering ratio and the way to loose (helps with the countersteer) but that would backfire if your at the tokyo docks.... :banghead:

Like I am. Anyway I just noticed something. Why does that Ryo n00b drift in an Evo? Why cant we? :dopey:

Well its because EA is a bunch of crack head, f@g smoking, idiotic money making game developers and can't think how we feel like playing their stupid 🤬 lame assed games!!!! :grumpy: [/RANT]

But seriously, why can't we? How the 🤬 did he manahe to pull a wheelie in the Evo is also questionable. 🤬 it, EA will never tell us.... :guilty:

Ive just been racing in Ebisu. I love this places tight turns, and i did a giant wallride on the back hairpin with my evo

So did you totaled?
Amazingly....

Nope! I managed to do a full wall ride and go up a bit as well. But when I saw the cliff finishing I turned down too much, and i was so close to tipping my car but I controlled it not to fall

hey guys you know those money cheats? when you put them in do they work for the career mode or whatever? so you can buy cars in that?

Which money cheat? Theres the 10,000, 5000 etc. If you use them, you can never use them again. If its the cheat where you type the unlockallthings and sell all the cars, you can use that again.
