There is no Z4 in PS2. My E46 is usually awesome, but takes long to slow down or stop. I always crash the barriers to stop this way :lol:

I owned all just then, 4504 points > (opposition) 3276points

When the car is upto around 3rd, about to switch into 4th, the nose of the car tends to start to lower down, when thats happening, press the nitrous and hold it down till the end.

ah.....go to custom tune and by everything level 3...

I bought everything level 4 but ran out of money for nos and couldn't pull a wheelie becouse i didn't have all level 3 performance parts lmao.

That little thing it tells you is literal. You do need all level 3 parts to pull descent wheelies.
 
Oic, alright welp, My Car still does not touch level 3 parts in everything, some but not all, I doubt i will be useing my same car for wheelies when the time comes anyways...
 
I believe all my cars are the best cos Ifinished the kings and entire game with them.

grip: 911 turbo
drift: M3 E46
drag: supra
speed: corvette z06

edit: forgot my backup cars, the pagani zonda for grip, rx7 for drift, impreza for drag and skyline for speed.
 
Grip: Newer BMW M3
Drag: 240SX you start the game with
Drift: Mazda RX-7
Speed: Porsche GT2

The game is starting to get repetitive now since I no longer need to work for newer cars. Everything I have works awesome.
 
So is Pro Street actually worth getting? I wasn't too impressed with the demo but you couldn't turn aids off either.
 
It's entertaining, but if you are looking for some more realistic then I wouldn't bother.
 
I am going to be starting the drift races soon, but I have a slight problem, I have absouloutley no idea how to drift. Can someone tell me how to drift on Need for Speed Pro Street please, and what is the easiest car to drift in?

You cant drift yourself, the game does it for you :( Try the E46 M3 and the new GTO.

PS: If you mean about what mode I am using, I am using king mode, so I have all the assistants turned off!

You aint kidding either. I was going down a straight and the car was all over the place. One tap of the steering, and it would just go nuts, and the Tokyo drift course is really hard and it is impossible to keep the car out of the walls. However, the AI seems to find it easy enough...

Edit: I read about what you said about drifting on Grip mode on that drift physics thread. I think I was doing that today, but the slide angle wasn't so extreme. I was going a bit fast round a corner, tapped the brake and the back end stepped out slighty, so I counter steered, and as I looked behind there was a trail of tyre smoke. My first proper drift, at least I think. I will check driftipedia...
 
Tokyo is simply too hard IMO. The AI gets a ridiculously huge amount of points too. I think they should've kept the same physics for drift from the grip racing.
 
Yeah, they should have. The thing is, people like me, who are not very expirenced drifters, would not be able to get it into a slide as easy. But now, I am just not learning that much as the car is to easy to slide, but very hard to keep in a striaght line. It is ridiculous with a capital 5, and that isn't even a letter!

Edit: What does IMO mean?

Oh and, ive been trying a few times now at the TOkyo drift thing, I cant get it, ill never beat the game.
 
Is anyone else having problems uploading Photomode shots to the Xbox 360 upload server?
 
i have been playing for a little while and these are my cars:
Grip:BMW M3 E46
Drift:Infinit G35
Drag:Pontiac GTO (new)
Wheelie:Dodge Charger R/T, i am having trouble with the wheelies, so i will appreciate a little help.
Speed:Nissan Skyline/Dodge Viper
I may buy some new cars, i have been saving my money since i started the game. i have about $350,000 and i have dominated every race day so far.
