I wish someone would make up a guide that recommends what cars are best for each race ??? . I am lvl 11 and still dont know what cars to use for certain races ????

As MidianGTX said, check what the AI is using. Also remember that you don't necessarily have to beat or even match the AI's horsepower. I always try with a less powerful car at first, but that's just how I like to play. Also, if you're in the event screen (with the individual races at the bottom), you'll see a garage icon that will only display the eligible cars in the Premium and Standard tabs (Favorites still shows all).

I think part of the fun is that there are so many approaches to a race and nearly everyone progresses through different cars.

Edit - Just to clarify, are you looking for suggestions for a specific car in each race or are you having trouble with some of the terminology like knowing which cars are turbocharged, have a mid-engine layout, etc?

To see what the AI is using, there is a button before you go to join that particular race next to where it specifies tyre requirements and any other entry requirements, it is marked "Typical Opponents" and will show you power/weight/model of all the cars participating.

If youre just using a car for a single race though, dont go overboard on tuning, generally sports soft tyres and a gearbox is enough. Add wee bits as you go, and it will tell you what additions are worthwhile in the long run.

Like i said, gearbox and tyres nearly always suffice, but chucking a cheap clutch, flywheel, intake and catalytic converter is generally worth it as well for only about 3,000cr

I generally go for sports soft and get the racing chip for the engine and take it from there.
