I chose to skip that information about all the cars that can be modded. That was obtained from illegal copies of the game.
Also the draw distance will be fine. The video was bad from the type of Video I believe. The draw distance is 4x better than Vice City. 6x better in the Country. This was one of the first things confirmed.
Yeah i just skipped it aswell and i would like it if people would not posts things in this forum unless there from legitimate sources, promoting this information just compounds the piracy problem, and i dont like the fact that theres someone out there thats ripped off SA.

This is the part that interested me the most the reviewer talks about his time playing the game and some of his stats.
WARNING some of this information may spoil.

As I start writing this review, I have played San Andreas for 35 hours and nine minutes, and I have completed only 49.43 percent of the entire game....My sworn enemy is the Ballas gang. I've taken over three territoriews and lost one, and 158 enemy gang members have died over the course of the turf war...I've spent $160,000 on property, $32,411 on gambling, $11,400 on weapons, $1,675 on clothes, $1,505 on tattoos, $1,300 on haircuts, and just $2 on food. I've jumped out of a plane twice, and I've dated two different women, with limited success."

Axl Rose
Our vavourite pice of San Andreas trivia is Axl Roses
Presence in the game.
He is the voive of K-DST DJ Tommy "the nightmare" smith
and plays rock while *****ing about his days as a rockstar
and lamenting the state of modern rock bands.
CARL
One of the most fleshed-out charactors you'll ever seen in
a vidoe game. Sure, he's a badass - but he's likeable, and
more important you can shape his developemnt by modifying
his appearance, his Behaviour, and his abilitys.
Dancing
Bet you did'nt expect DDR-style rythem gameplay, HUH?
There are different types of dance gameplay, including
car bouncing(timed analog stick twitches) and pure DDR
style button pressing. If this scares you, you only have
to do it twice.
Hitman
There are three basic level ratings with weapons: poor ganstar
and hitman, the more you use a weapon the better you get with
it. And at the top level you an move around and shoot with pinpoint
accuracy just by pressing R1.
Import/Export
Rmemeber the car smuggling business in GRAND THEFT AUTO 2 on ps1.
Well you can relive the experience by purchasing a car dealership in
San Fiero.
Jackson
As in Samual(pulp fiction, the star wars prequals and a zillion other movies)
, who voices sinister cop Officer Tenpenny, one of the key bad guys in the game. He's not a nice guy and spends alot of time messing with you.
Kleptomania
You'll be staeling all sorts of stuff throughout the game, but new to the
series is the burglary aspect. The first time you break into a house you
learn the new stealth aspect of the game, which are usefull in a wide veriety
of scenarios in the game.
Learning
There are four different schools in San Andreas, driving boating motorcycling
and flying.
Working through them has multiple benefits. First, you get used to the controls. Second, you get to try cool vehicles. Third, you get benefits
like a pilots license.
Quality
You'll be shocked by how much better things look in SA then in VC. Gorgoeus
lighting effects, lots of ambient animations(like swaying gras, birds), and
neat effects like motion blur all contibute to a high-quality look.
