I believe i posted a link to something similarto this quite some time ago!.
This one was just posted today or yesterday from
GTAGaming.com. It's a different one, but yes, you posted something along the lines of this.

San Andreas is almost turning into another Getaway in terms of mapping!
Not quite...

I think I'm gonna have some flashbacks to my trip to Los Angeles the first time I play San Andreas!
Same here! I said that to Blake yesterday; I'm gonna be pointing out places to him when we play: "Been there...been there...went in that building!"

I'll be sitting on the borders of other gangs turf with a crew just waiting for **** to fly!
Same. I'll always get changed into casual clothes before I leave Grove Street (where I'm going to live most likely for the duration of the game), unless I'm going on a job or war.
I wonder if you can store guns in the back of your car, seeing that you can store things in the back of your car, and that you can drop weapons...?
Thoughts...
Just thoughts from me, from analyzing the GameSpot weekend update last weekend. I'm thinking that maybe there is no cities blocked off from the start. Here's a couple of my reasons why it's possible...
First, there's this:
"The tour began at the Hashbury and Garcia Joint Festival, where we got to see our character, CJ, hanging out. Apparently looking to avoid any trouble from Los Santos that might catch up to him." This means that, like the other GTA Games, gangs may hate you after certain missions. I hope not, and the respect meter downplays this theory, but if true, Rockstar have dealt with the many unhappy fans reacting to the fact that they either don't want anyone hating them, or that they like the gang that hates them. Now we all know how Rockstar have made pretty much every wish come true in San Andreas (except multiplayer), so who knows...
Also, in the update, they have obviously just come from the Los Santos missions, to San Fierro, as firstly, the quote above talks about Los Santos troubles, and secondly, Cesar provides the first missions in this update, and he brings CJ away from his Los Santos troubles. Now, seeing that this has just come from Los Santos, if the cities were locked, Las Venturas wouldn't be open, right?
Well, IGN were watching the same gang (the two websites were watching at the same time), and they ended their Update with this:
"The final bit of our time in San Fierro was spent seeing a landmark that San Franciscan natives are sure to recognize: the Golden Gate Bridge. Known as the Gant Bridge in this game, the structure is detailed down to the last rivet and looks just like the real thing. Had our guides really wanted to, they could have easily grabbed a car and driven across it to explore yet another big city."
Now, to me, that sounds like Las Venturas is open (Gant Bridge travels to Las Venturas). This is a longshot, but it's very possible Rockstar have left the cities open. Hey, they did say a while ago when everything was almost done, the only things they hadn't decided on was the HUD and whether they will lock the cities or not...
I'm hoping not. I don't want to be forced into storyline when I don't want to. They did say that you can do whatever you want...
A long shot, but it's just a thought. Maybe I'm over-analysing, but it's very possible.
EDIT: Finally got to see the Official TV Trailer. Turns out it works fine in Windows Media Player.

I just never use it, I use WinAMP, which evidently didn't play it. There are 4 new scenes. The first in the quick-playing scenes is just CJ and 2 OGF guys behind him, nothing special. The second is a car-jacking scene. Looks like Ballas on the other side of the road, but they're just watching him and talking amongst themselves. Third is Wu Zi Mu (most likely anyway), with 2 bodyguards and a decent looking woman. Last new scene is CJ running with a Shotgun. Looks like he's just jogging here (although you still may be able to sprint, like R32GTST/M said). Behind him are about 3 or 4 OGF guys running behind. I couldn't see what they were running from or to though.
That's all that's new as far as I could see.
