I didn't get the impression that you were making a reference to global hardship. I don't even know why you put things into that perspective now that we are discussing the quality of the DLC.

Perhaps I should of been more clear when I said "There are people in the world" and explained that it was the whole wide world I was referring to and not just the part made from glitter and rainbows. I put in that perspective because wether its price or quality people are disscusing it might be worth taking 5 minutes out of the day to count your blessings and be thankfull that you even have a choice to buy extra content for a video game.

I agree that it is ridiculous to complain about the price of the DLC but we can't just censor our feedback because there are people in the world who suffer. Some of the complaints certainly do mirror bad cases of ignorance but I generally don't think people appear to be spoiled (unless they complain about the minor price tag). Constructive criticizm should always be welcomed.

0,99 US cents = 6 SEK

But I had to pay 10 SEK..

Don't get me wrong, it's not like it's a huge deal. But the fact that the price is almost twice as much here is kind of strange..

Yeah, strange convertion indeed ... we pay in Holland 0,99 euro instead of 0,99 US dollar = 0,77 euro ... so we also pay 1/3 more.

So actually they only change the currency!

Dear God, please don't assume I'm being racist or hating on anyone, but from what I see in general, the USA get just about everything cheaper, yet it's often Americans who complain about prices being too high (especially for gas/petrol! You guys get that much cheaper than many other countries).

99c = 61p in the UK. Each DLC car though is 79p, which equals $1.28. Not that much of a difference unusually, we're normally used to being ripped off in the UK.

At first, I was interested in the DLC N24 GTR, but when I checked the Dealership, I noticed it basically had different wheels, more HP but less PP, less torque, and a slightly different paintjob.

All the other things I've read about in this thread make me want to pass. I'll just get the ingame one that is before the DLC orderwise.

Now I need to decide on the Honda and maybe the BR-Z. I know the Honda has a HORRIBLE exhaust sound, but I have a feeling with all the uproar about it, it might be fixed. I mean if we REALLY push it that we hate the sound, we have a chance of them improving it.

But anyways, can anyone tell me about the handling? Is it a good car to race in the SUPER GT series? I haven't touched that series yet, but I compared [the Honda] to the typical cars, and it seems like it would be up towards the top. With an oil change/breakin, it would probably have the most HP.

How about the BR-Z? I've read that it is different, but I have my doubts. I use the same exact tune I use on the 86 GT for the FR-S, and to me, the 86 GT is just a tiny bit more tail happy and drifty, while the FR-S is a bit more stable. Am I going to get subtle differences from the BR-Z, or is there some noticeable differences in it's handling?

Does anyone else find the GTR an absolute handful? Really unpredictable handling etc...

Just don't brake and turn at the same time. Neither should you give throttle when turning at high speeds.

Definitely tricky, but once you put some heat in the tires, it can be manageable. Light, east, precise inputs are what's needed. Drive it hard at your own peril.

It's pretty much the same as the other two cars. I just slapped the tune from my 86GT on it and it handles just as well, maybe a little more grippier in the back end.
I just like it because I prefer the BRZ's interior. Not quite as boy-racer as the 86 but that's just my opinion. :-)

$1.90 NZD each here, $5.70 NZD for all. :ouch:

Should be $1.19 NZD (converted from USD).

$0,99 = €0,77
and it was €0,99

still not that much but more than in the US.
Might have to do with taxes or something.

I agree about the BRZ interior, the 86 interior is a little to provocative for my taste. All in all I think that the BRZ looks more exclusive with a better looking front bunper, headlights and sidegrills.

Completely agree. It helps that, in Australia, Subaru are only bringing 201 in for the first 12 months. :-)

I'm assuming Canada is getting an alright deal then? Not sure if our dollar still rivals the Americans' though..
