👍

An American car pack would be fitting for the new Mustangs (Boss 302, 302 Laguna Seca edition, GT 500, etc)

Along with:

Camaro ZL1 (most powerful Camaro. Ever.)

Charger SRT8 (new and exciting)

Cadillac CTS-V (how is the only Cadillac in GT5 a '02 Cien concept?)

Trans AM ('73' '77) (Classics)

Judge (Another beauty)

Chevelle SS 454 (make it premium!)

Mosler Raptor GTR (America's Koenigsegg CCXR)

SSC Ultimate Aero (The fastest American car. Ever)

Saleen S7 Twin Turbo (more insane than the plain old S7)

Ford Raptor (truck fans will go insane)

Would work good on the rally tracks, and that's about it.

Considering there will probably be many more rally locations, it'd be a good addition. Pikes Peak downhill in a new Raptor. I sure as heck won't try that in real life, but in GT6...Yup! :dopey:

That is a completely different racing series.

I didn't know that. Names are so similar that I've probably never picked up the difference.:dunce:

The Raptor would be awesome, it's the best truck ever made! Imagine taking on Chamonix in that! And you forgot one thing, a premium Superbird! Best muscle car ever.

I would love to see different packs:

American, European, Australian, DTM, LeMans, V8 Super Cars, Rally, Trucks, Luxury, American Classic, Historic, 50's, 60's, 10's and so on.

Much more A Spec events with higher difficulty.

I so badly want to race my mazdaspeed 3 in GT5

i think with a proper tune it can be nice. I know theres way to much power for the front wheels. Know its not much but my car has 300 WHP and when I push it its a handful. Really need to keep a firm grip on the steering for all the torque steer. But, I wouldnt trade it for any other performance hatch

I think a DLC that gives more tuning options would be AWESOME. but if more tuning options come, it will be in update form im sure, which is even better :sly:

We seem to have the opposite problem to Forza in that people are struggling to come up with 'headline' cars for the December DLC with Forza as it already has pretty much every big supercar.

With GT5 if I wasn't to have any new manufacturer's and I got 10 cars I'd have:

Lamborghini Aventador
Lamborghini Reventon
Lamborghini Gallardo Supperleggera
Bugatti Veyron
Bugatti Veyron Supersport
RUF RT12
Ferrari F50
Merecedes SLR (I can't remember if we have this car or not)
Audi R8 spyder
Ford Falcon or Holden Commadore

blauster654
Nice.

Cortinas, Capris and Granadas too...

They do not know what there missing. U think the drift cars in gt5 are slidey....

They should update and make the game better may be some more DLC but they should concentrate on next game

So you want to have to pay another 60$+ for a new game instead of them offering 12-15$ DLCs that are optional? Sorry but as they are planing to support htis game with more DLC that is the smart thing to do from a money saving point of a consumer.

"New DLC's every two Months, Says Kazunori Yamauchi"

Why even ask that question, we all know what they'll be:

Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Skyline

As for how many - pfffft - who cares, haven't we got enough already..??

I bought the first DLC but don't use it much i haven't driven all the cars yet and only done a few laps round spa and kart space, mainly because i don't go online i spend most my time doing seasonals and A-Spec which i just have a few endurances left to do. So im really hoping that we get some more events, i thought it would be a good idea that if they release DLC tracks then they should bundle some new events using that track with it so then only people who have paid for the track could do the event

As a consumer's standpoint, I disagree. DLC will never replace an experience of a whole new game. In my opinion, $60 is very much worth it than to pay for DLCs separately if they're going to cost $12-$15. That's already 1/4 the cost of a new game, and what do you get? New cars and tracks that will have little purpose in the game since you'll probably only be able to use them online, and practice runs.

You say they're optional, but what if none of them are to our liking? We'd get nothing. At least in a new game, there's a whole new experience to look after, and I'm sure there will be some cars to our liking.

I don't know. GT5 just feels finished for me. Unless you're an avid online player, or have yet to finish GT5's career mode, there's little else to look forward to, even if we do get new cars and tracks. Don't get me wrong though, I definitely want DLCs for GT5 in the future, but I don't want them to go too far, that they'll have little to save for the next GT. The more they give away for GT5 DLC, the less they'll have for GT6, and perhaps more work for them to create something new so that we'll have a good balance between the old, and new content.

What i really really hope to see is a lmgt pack. cars like:
-BMW M3 GT2
-corvette c6r
-ferrari 458gt, or the f430 GT car
-aston dbr9
-a GT spec ruf.
-z4gtr
-sls gt3
just to name a few.

That's what I agree with right there. If we get DLC every two months, that's six packs a year. Don't get me wrong. That's great, but if you think about the first pack we got... if we were to get 10+ cars in every pack we would be talking about 60-90 premium cars a year maybe! In my opinion, that's a bit too much for GT5. Let's save most of this content for GT6 so it feels like a fresh, new game.

GT5 really stumbled with its incomplete feeling and it still feels like it just doesn't fit in the GT lineage right now. We need GT6 to make a strong come back, even if Spec 2.0 gave the game a good bit of life again. A magnitude of GT3 -> GT4 isn't needed, but come on. Let's have at least a noticeable change from GT5 to GT6 other than bug fixes, a new interface, and a couple new features!

I am not sure making DLC is good idea. Lot of games use this cheap trick to add content later for more $. Although as far as GT5 is concerned DLC was probably after thought and they are doing it based on demand and longevity of game.

DLC tracks are awesome and cars are ok but they should not release some 4-5 more DLC packs like Forza4 for 30-40$. :nervous:
