The player is the guilty, no discussion about that. But maybe some wait and few smart avoidance manoeuvres instead of crashing like a blind men into him should be more natural if we should call it an artificial intelligence. This is more like artificial stupidity guided along the ideal line and crashing everything in the way. PS1 times are over, PD. So develop some intelligence now, please.

^^ I Agree, the AI cars always aren't aware of your car, they just are previously programmed to follow the racing line no matter what it takes.
