New GT5 demo???

I'm pretty sure that some menmbers of gtplanet must have this demo also for as long as he. What you (please read WE) have to understand (once and for all) is that most likely there are legal implications when you get your hands on something like this and, thus, although you (they, who have) might want badly to shar info about it the simply can't.

I know I haven't. If Penrose is reading this, I'd quite like to give it a shot though.

i say fake as it has laptime and postion on it, surely pd would make more of an effort than just a screen grab.

I feel its a case of when rather than if the general public get to play a GT5 demo. Releasing demos is pretty much the norm these days from a majority of developers. Now we might be die hard GT fans who have grown up with the franchise. However I can assure you their are many younger gamers out there who have never played a GT game. I have no doubts Sony/PD will want to appeal to all generations of gamers out there.


Saying all of this I doubt any demo will be out be soon. Generally demos come out within 1 month of release and I doubt GT5 will be any different. Having said this its hard to figure out a release for the demo when we still don't know the actual release date of GT5!

But i don't get my expectation high, first thought of a fake, but our gtp source sounds confident....
But i don't think public will get it, at least not now.

The guy who has showed the screens of the demo is from Spain, he is a member on an spanish forum like me, we have been asking him and he says probably the demo won`t be public, but impossible is nothing. Who knows.

I don't think the code can be shared here: there are simply too many users and that spells disaster a la GOWIII demo...and that's sad but true!

btw alba I thought Liege was quite nice when i passed through last year on my way to Spa for the F1.

It would be fantastic but I think it is another hoax.

I think so because:
1) The background is too low res. It can't be official (the car is off road...)
If it was applied by the user than it would explain why GT and GT5 DEMO 2010 is in the black zone (you can do great things with Photoshop in such conditions)
2) the other icons on black areas have not the same light effect as the central writing.
3) Why we do not have a single screenshot of gameplay?
4) the second screenshot can be made in photoshop (it may take a lot but some people do not know better way to kill the time)

Besides of that, I can't wait to hear that what I wrote is totally wrong and the demo is real (an public)
