New OCD... Thank you PD for destroying everything called prestige in the game.

Im not sure if im the only one that is furious about the new OCD... Before this patch there was a lil bit of prestige in having some of the best LM and grp C cars in the game. Now u almost get them for free... Why would u ever do this PD?
 
So all can get the best cars to make the races even?

well about the prestige thing...IT'S TOTALLY TRUE! I mean it's not bad but of those that had work for those gruoup B rallycars, group C, LM's sucks but hey what can we do I guess we'll had to live with it:dunce:

Dude, just yesterday you were telling us how you perpetually restart your PS3 in hopes of attaining one of these "prestigious" cars. Now you complain because others don't have to cheat the system? Your a complete fool. Maybe there would have been something prestigious about a nice car, if no lazy bums (like yourself) had ever figured out how to scam free cars - but that ship sailed a while ago.
 
People complain when they're too hard to get, people complain when they're too easy to get... I'm getting really tired of this...
 
while I didnt dupe or cheat, it took me a while to get some of these cars. So i can feel you on seeing them all together and half priced :ouch: but its a game what can you do. The only race car i dont have in the ocd is the speed8. Half priced, ok bend my arm.
 
The game's been out for 8 months now... how else is PD supposed to keep people interested in this game. The majority of players lose interest if they have to start grinding.

Next you'll be complaining that no one on your PSN friend list plays this game anymore. What's the use of having these "prestige" cars if you got no one to race against?

Just enjoy the damn game.
 
Think of it this way now you can buy them all as 0/0 miles/switches so your OCD (that's obsessive compulsive disorder) personality can sit and stare at your now nearly perfect 0/0 garage as it gathers dust from lack of use, while your bob runs that horrible game killing X2010 to death grinding you pointless Cr with a rubberband.
Oh wait PD hasn't fixed it so you can both rubberband grind AND look at your garage at the same time...okay your right PD is messing everything up.

Yeah, you sound pretty butt hurt about this.
It makes no sense either since getting the cars wasn't hard before, it just forced you to start a few races and go back to the dealer over and over. Not sure how you gained prestige from clicking buttons for hours and hours.
 
I already owned most of them, but there were 4 I was able to pick up for future use :)
 
I'm sorry that PD ruined the sense of accomplishment that you apparently got from collecting fake cars by power-cycling menus, but I'm honestly not sure I really care.
 
Wow. Are you seriously complaining about this? You musn't have owned the game before they patched duping. You would have been going crazy back then.

If you're so furious about what the latest update has done to the OCD, here's a simple solution....don't use it ;)
 
I'm glad they've done something.

They either had to reduce prices, increase prizes or let you sell high value cars to keep it interesting. It was taking forever to earn 6 million, and then you had to be really careful where you spent it because it was going to be a long time before you had any serious wedge again! There is still the level limit, so that keeps the "progression" part alive.

There is no prestige if you have a 2005 ticket in the first place!!! Only if you are really 6 years old, but I highly doubt that...
