Finally we can see what was shown at e3 for gt4.

Are you talking about the gamespot vid?

Iknow, pretty cool stuff, all the new game modes...
*drools*

Twords the very end there, I heard him say that new features would be online mode (already know), and Flea Market ? It'd be cool to purchase and swap parts with other people over the net.:O

I've just seen the Hong Kong and Official GT4 videos(thanks Etep).

Wow  (picks chin up off the floor)

I didn't think there would be that much of an improvement over GT3.

We truly have the video game Gods working on this game.

We've had to wait a long time for open topped cars, but that Cobra was almost worth it.

Only 2 weeks till Prologue, I can't wait.:)

Heh, stupid gamespot. They protect everything, even the source of their streaming movies, oh well. I'll never get to see them.

i hate gamespot!

Would someone that has seen the gamespot vid care to list the game modes that they said are in?

Flea Market ?

HELL YEAH. :D I don't really understand why they focused on the elements everyone already knew about (except photo mode I guess) while I've been waiting to hear about features like a flea market. I'd say that pretty well guarantees the existence of rare parts and cars and the like. Sweet. :D

Edit: I'm hosting this on my site with a "unlimited traffic" contract, yet I would like everyone to NOT spread this URL. Some subscriptions have been canceled due to high traffic contrary to the contract, but I don't need legal hassle to put them through. Keep it to either gtplanet.net or racesimcentral.com where I posted it as well.
Don't adhere to this and it's been the last time I host something. And, yes, I watch server stats and referrals. I'll hunt you down and post your name in big, bold letters on here.
Thank god!

I love you!

:odd:

hey i just noticed from a vid i found here , that there is a fair few BP and Shell banners, seeing as there is rumours of fuel usage in GT4, im wondering if fuel companies will be apart of GT4? (eg. you can choose the fuel you buy)

A flea market, thankyou!! That's got to be one of the best bits of news so far..

I've cracked gamespots protection to their movie sources. Links coming soon.

oh yes bring it on

The Ring is also a normal road if you didn't know, however I think the chalk are just markings when they were building the track and various changes that were made maybe. Anyone know the exact reason?

The 'ring is strictly speaking a public road, but it is not open access, quite often the track is hired by manufacturers for development and testing reasons, most of the marks you see on the track are to mark braking zones and clipping points.

Some come from public use of the track some from test drivers.

Mixed in with this are various messages left by race spectators, mainly from the 24hr event.

If you missed it in page 2, I have both songs from the video, their full versions. I recorded them from Prologue, and hosted them on my server. The first one in the video is called "It Could Be..." and the second one in the video is called "You Are To Me." The other 6 are the rest of the Prologue soundtrack. Note that those aren't the real song names, as I don't know what they are actually named.

How do you play any of them, or convert them to MP3?

:odd: I heard that all those markings and names all over the track are those of every driver that has died on The 'Ring.

Oh yeah, great video! :D

Some are names but there are a lot of markings at different points of the track that arn't names.
