Besides a giant waste of land and resources, anyone's guess is as good as mine. There's no way to know at this point.

I'd say it's a photomode location.

Like the others, no doubt in my mind it will be a Photo Travel location.

But looking at it reminded me of Special Stage Route X, although I doubt we will have a track around a solar energy field.
