Official details of the new generation 3-Series Cabriolet has been released. As expected, it switches to the popular retractable hard roof to offer better thermal and noise insulation, plus larger window area unobtainable from fabric roof. The 3-piece electro-hydraulic mechanism opens and closes in 22 seconds. Boot volume is 350 liters and 210 liters when the roof is up and down respectively, which is competitive by class standard.
