next skyline or gtr to appear in GT4?!?

If you mean that pic of that photoshopped skyline, yeah. It's looks really good in my opinion. But I know the skyline you guy's are talking about. Correct me if i'm wrong, but The Nissan GT-R isn't the true predessesor of the R34. An R35 is what I wanted. From what I've heard the R35 was supposed to be developed, but the name was actually given to Infinity and they renamed it the G35. It would be cool to have the Infinity G35 in GT4, but I won't be rushing to the dealership (in the game) to buy one.

It wasnt just 'given to Infinity', you can still buy new Skylines (V35) in Japan right now. I got a dealer book on the 2004 Skyline when I was in Japan earlier this year and saw quite a few on the road.

V35 and G35 both will be in GT4.

what this game need is more Tuner cars....
HKS TRB-02, Top Fuel Civic, integra turbo, Cyber Evo, Gainax R32, Super Lemon series, and Top Secret cars, especially their new V35 Coupe that they GTRized with a wide body, V8-TT with a target of 800+HP, AWD.....

Yes! That is one of the cars I really want in the game. It may have a big airplane style rear wing, but it holds the Tsukuba lap record (unless that was broken sometime ago..)

most ppl are still stuck 5 years ago during the R34 era

infact, the R34 only had 3 years model life before Nissan discontinued it and replaced it with the V35. none of the R34 sold well. and the whole series of cars wernt even profitable.
R34 sedans and coupes were not even in the league of their local competitors (ie Chaser and Mark II) , those cars were not globally competitive. dispite how great the GTR was, the rest of the line up was a shame. plus, the R34 platform is an evolution from the 15 year old R32 design.

V35 on the other hand took the Skyline into a next level. it is a "premium sports sedan/coupe" the japanese folks like to call it. and totally surpass their domestic competitors and stun the international market as the BMW killer.

at first the V35 series were a "too big" change for the consumers. losing alot of the Skyline heritage. those first batch of 250GT and 300GT released in 2001 absolutly sucked. and losing the quad circle tail lamp pissed alot of people off.

during the coupe design, they added back alot more "skyline" touches to the car. and also the recent facelift of the sedan, the quad circle tail lamp is now present.

i really want to see how PD simulate the 8 Speed CVT on the 350GT8..... i'm thinking its going to be more like the GTR Concept with 8 speed instead of 7

Sorry, but the Skyline has been a luxury sedan in the past (70s) and became it again in the shape of the V35!
The next GT-R will come!

It's also a coincidence that there's a forum about these cars in the "cars in general forum". That forum explains the whole Nissan Skyline/Infinity R35 and V35 Situation. We could have justed posted the conversation about the GT4 version of those cars in that forum.

Hyde, you'd want to see more tuners? How would you respond if GT4 included some Roush Mustangs, the latest F-150 tuned by Roush, a few Yenko Camaros, the Kenny Brown CSR Mustang, and the Kenny Brown 3.8 Special? They are all tuners, but what would you make of this if you want more tuner cars?
