I rarely scan the details since I noticed how ugly it often looks when not in motion. I seem to recall the scenery in Paradise being much more refined than this. At times it just looks downright ugly, although it's worth it for some shots that just come out looking 'wow' via Flickr.
You may have to take into account that the pictures are compressed when pulled off the game, so a lot of pics are looking rather "blah" next to the game.I rarely scan the details since I noticed how ugly it often looks when not in motion. i bet there are several easter eggs in this game...
Someone else posted a picture of the carnival... that spinning ride (not the ferris wheel) where each seat is a toy cavalry and toy citizen from Burnout Paradise.

Isnt' that awesome or what?
We must be playing two different versions of the game. None of the scenery I've come across (and I've practically been everywhere) looks everything but ugly. The only things that are rather jagged are the sailboats and such - things you'd never notice unless you actually parked near one.
Thank you. I've been admiring yours, but the PNGs aren't always loading and they have lots of tiny black lines on them. The AM Vantage wheel is sick.
How are those pics coming out so good while racing? Are those from the PC?
I would, but it requires the use of Twitter and despite my seemingly high technical proficiency...I absolutely do not understand that crap.some of you guys need to get on some of this:
