Not the usual treatment of a tyre as some abstract mathematical object attached to what's basically just a blob of unsprung mass you see in the old ISI games (in fact pretty much everything on PC other than LFS), they use bones to assess the distance from rim/road/left sidewall/right sidewall and then feed the those dimensions into their tyre model physics properties.
