NFS undercover: worth buying?

I am wanting to buy this game but wanted to get some thoughts on it, I liked pro street and I love EA's engine sounds so is this game worth getting?

I'd say 50/50, is not that bad and has an average story, but would I recommend it? Not really. I'd rather recommend buying a PS2 and find Most Wanted (or get it for PC or Xbox or what you have from around 2005), now THAT my friend is a kick-butt game!

Yeah I have most wanted too, its pretty good...not as big of a fan as most but love the sounds

If you can rent it or buy it cheap then its not to bad. I would highly recommend the new NFS: Hot Pursuit. Thats very good. They finally went back to the original roots of the series. Is the next best thing to NFS: Hot Pursuit 2.

No. Its not worth buying...

If you can get a hold of NFS Most Wanted (PS2 most likely, though you can buy it in the PSN Store too), buy that one.
Not only is MW a great game and alot better, but Undercover uses the exact same roads (with some new highways added), with only different houses and etc.

But thats just my opinion.

I'd get Hot Pursuit. Its Undercover without the fail in it. It also made by Criterion Games (The Burnout boys ). Need I say more?

I didn't get Undercover but I have always been curious about it, I have MW (PS2) and the new HP (PS3). I wish the MW on PSN was the PC or 360 version and not the PS2 version.
