Damn, I'm impressed so far, the balance control really makes the game that much more realistic, as does being able to hit the goalie. I was playing as the Canadiens and running the goalie with Erik Cole, great fun.

My ps3 froze yesterday while playing it, I wasn't too far in (a couple games in be a pro) so I just deleted everything and I'm going to start over.

I tell you what, every year I think they won't be adding much to the game and than they impress me every time. The designers are on the top of their game

The more I play it the more I like it. It's easier to score tip ins on the PP and other garbage goals now, in 11 I found it was hard to score without a highlight reel play. The checking is much better, David Desharnais really gets thrown around like in real life, and Andrei Kostitsyn is as solid in game as in real life. No earth (ice?) shattering changes, but I'm really enjoying it.

Hopefully I'll get a good chance to play soon, I've been going to school every day 8-3, and then going to work from 4-9 or 10, and I don't have much time to play. I work 9-4 on saturday so I should be playing afterwards if anyone wants to play on PSN.

On a side note, loving Ultimate Team (aside from EA's serves trucking me over every 3rd match) , doing all the single player cups first, 3/12 just now and started the European Championship. Just for e-peen swinging, I also have an un-used Gretzky I earned from the demo. Dunno if I ever wanna use him. 👍

This concerns me. Been a long time since I've bought a Hockey game and I thought this could be the one to buy. Hope they can fix this.

Best selling hockey game ever in it's first week and more online games played this week than any other week in the franchise's history. Pretty safe bet it's more than playable.
