i agree, its pretty unrealistic. and its not just acceleration or speed, it corners waay too easy too, no matter what the tyres.

Just sent this (unmodified) through Route X Speed Testing and it clocked 0-100 kph in 2.2 seconds.

Is this a joke? I can't see how this is any more realistic than say the X2011 car.

I'm confused are you comparing a v35 gtr skyline to an x1 which is entirely fictional? A real skyline can do 0-60 miles in 2.9 seconds so a tuned race car would have be quicker. It may be fake but I assume it's more accurate then other cars.

Stripping off a second if you're getting to 100kmh in 5 seconds is "easily achievable".

It's like it's easy to improve your 100m sprint record if you're an unfit and tubby guy. It's not as easy for Usain Bolt to cut a second off his world record time.

I'm not sure what you are trying to say here.

A stock GT-R is already fast and it isn't tuned like this GT-R. Keyword: tuned. So it can improve by a lot, unlike an already tuned car.

Pretty sure that's what he means.

His other replies look like they were contradicted because of his last reply, so I'm confused.

No, a GT-R is already fast, so its unrealistic to make it that much faster. A Daihatsu Copen active top is slow, so making it faster is much easier.

OK, so maybe I have too little knowledge about how legendary GT-Rs are, I just find it odd that it's so much quicker than all the established supercars.

Thousand pounds lighter than the 2.8 second car. 100 more horsepower than the 2.8 second car. Exponentially more grip than the 2.8 second car.

I really don't see what's unrealistic about it being just over a half second faster.

Well, it is a fictional race car.

This. It doesn't exist in real life so no matter what you do to the physics of the car it will always remain unrealistic.

I don't think that gear box would be accepted in any major racing competition though. Same goes for driving assists that make the car what it is.

Mostly all of the TCs have a similar gearbox layout. But yes, the gears is way too quick to be used in Touring or GT racing.

Why... what's wrong with the GearBox?
To me, all the TCs are just gutted & caged cars you could build, with a few racing bits installed. Legal in MANY forms of racing.

Could someone please list the Stock GT-R TC Specs? HP, Weight, Gear Ratios?

X1? Entirly Fictional? Tell that to BMW...

X2011, also, entirely fictional? Name one piece that is fictional about it. Apart from that fact that it doesnt exist yet... The rest exists and is quite real.. The X2011/10 is just a mix of everything that does exist.

2.2 0-100km/h for a GTR TC... Whats so hard to believe when it weighs 500kg less than its road going sub-3 second 0-100kmh counterpart? And it had 200 more hp? Whats not believable about 0-100km/h in 2.2 seconds? Factor in that fact that its a GTR and Im suprised it isnt running Sub-2 seconds...

Every R35 GT-R in the game is extremly overpowered, quite annoying.

You should look up the GT-R ATTESSA AWD system. There is no other system like on earth. Also compare the specs of the GT-R versus other cars and you will see that it may be a porker, but that drive train helps it kick @$$ on other cars. The car is not overpowered at all, it just knows how to put that power down.
